Check-in was easy and fast, lady was friendly. Hotel was pretty clean. We were not there long but it worked well for an overnight for a family of 5. Pool was big and warm. My biggest complaint would be that I didn’t choose a pool side room but our room door still opened up to the pool just up one level. So hockey families were up late yelling at the packer game (in pool area) and kids were sprinting down the halls and I tried to get my 3 kids to bed for an early morning gymnastics competition. I didn’t see a single staff member by the pool or in the hallway once. I understand it’s hard to control but a little presence in the hallway would’ve helped. Also, the description of the room was a little unclear pretty much all rooms open up to the pool area.

I was so disappointed in the condition of everything. Elevator super small. Dirty rusty pool area with some broken tile (filthy). We booked here because we had such a pleasant experience at the Wyndham we stayed in in Iowa. Never again st this location. Very scary and I am not exaggerating.

The distance to the breakfast area was an extremely long way. Upon arrival in that area, it was cold. I understand Wisconsin in the winter, but this was ridiculous. Unless one was seated next to a heating duct it was cold. By the time i made my plate of breakfast and got seated, and had to get back up to microwave my plate. That wasn't a good experience at all. That's for young people and young people only. The distance for parking, your room, and anything that you wished to do was overwhelming. However, the staff was nice. The room was clean. There weren't a shower curtain but they got that very quickly. It's a huge complex. If i would have known, i would have went elsewhere

Beds were dirty, had to bring pillows to front desk to be exchanged, comforter had mascara all over it. Pool was COLD, Hot tub didnt work. They had people vaping by the pool. Pool was dirty and full of hair floating every where. There was food all over the floor in the pool area from birthday and holiday parties. Pool area was not cleaned the whole time we were there. Pool area gets locked at night which I understand, but there was no where to sit outside the room if you are awake before others in the room. Couldn't go to lobby area because there is only 3 chairs to sit on and they usually had someone sitting in them complaining about personal/work life at an unbelievable volume and is located right by a cold door. The place constantly smelled of marijuana. Breakfast was ok, they could use another waffle maker. There is only one. You had to wait forever in line for a waffle. Otherwise food was what you would expect. Area was kept clean and stocked. I can honestly say if we are in the area again we will not choose this hotel. One of the reasons we chose this one was because of the poolside rooms they are hard to find. But was very disappointed in this stay.

Disappointed. Room was dirty, layer of dust behind tv, stain on the side of the mattress, fridge was not level and rocked, coffee maker was dirty/hard water stains (we cleaned it to be able to use). The pool area had peeling paint, clumps of hair on the walking surface that surround the pool, the jets in the hot tub did not work, dirty carpets, and just in need of a serious remodel and upgrade. Also front desk was often left unattended with sign to use the phone to call them. The breakfast buffet was actually nice. Food was hot and fresh.

The staff was courteous and helpful. When I asked for an extra blanket, they brought one up to the room. The poolside room was very quiet once you shut the door. As far as cleanliness, they forget to dust next to the little refrigerator and the bottom shelf of the cabinet between the beds. The only other thing is if you’re going to have 12 inch mattresses you need deep pocket sheets, so they don’t come off in the middle of the night. all in all a good stay.

It was okay. The pool area was recently renovated, so that was nice. Our room was clean, the staff was friendly and responsive. But this hotel has seen better days. It’s smelly in spots and could benefit from better cleaning in others. We went downtown to the Whiskey Ranch for dinner and that was excellent!
