"Hotel was clean and welcoming, receptionist was friendly and helpful. Only one thing which could have been better for me, the mattress, it was very soft. "

"The house was cosy .space outside was amazing with walk in woods wildlife pond. Garden was well equipped with plenty of seating. Peaceful location. Host thought of everything to make our stay a place from home . On hand if need be (but not feeling as if being watched ) Dogs had plenty to sniff everytime we walked around the woods and field.Absolutely amazing just what we needed."

"We had a brilliant stay here just after Christmas for 6 nights. The cottage was spotless, really comfortable, and had everything we needed—it felt like a proper home away from home. The kids absolutely loved feeding the farm animals every morning (so did we!) it was such a fun way to start the day and definitely made the stay extra special. Carolyn and Carl were fantastic hosts—so friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. We’d definitely recommend to anyone looking for a family getaway!"

"We were totally blown away by for us a perfect cottage. It was spacious & well equipped. No local facilities but major town of Bideford was 6 min drive away. Yes you could find small bits of wear & tear but nothing took away the complete feeling of total relaxation. Yes we would & will book again."

"Lovely accommodation. Everything was there for us. Great hosts. 5* cream tea left for us and they let me have some of their runner beans for our dinner one evening. Definitely need a car to get around ."
