Beach Waterfront Home with Private Beach Access & Boat Ramp/Dock in Paradise!

This newly renovated, one-of-a-kind waterfront single-family home is located in the sought-after Hutchinson Island neighborhood of Jensen Beach Venture III. As our private family home, we are looking for a nice family or couple to enjoy it and treat it as their own.

The property features high-end Boho Beach decor with all-new furniture, sheets, towels, a Nespresso coffee station, a wine refrigerator, and a new washer and dryer. The home accommodates up to 4 adults (or 4 adults and 2-3 children) with 4 queen-size beds across the rooms and 2 full bathrooms with TVs.

Guests have access to excellent community amenities, including a heated pool and spa, pickleball and tennis courts, a fitness center, a billiards/game room, and a stunning private beach. The home is steps from the marina, clubhouse, and a neighborhood park. A private undercover patio deck allows for fishing directly off the back of the house, and we provide fishing rods, beach chairs, towels, and a BBQ grill.
*****Additional details:
- Golf Cart: Available for rent to drive around the gated community.
- Marina/Boat Facilities: Use of the community private boat launch, boat slip, and trailer storage is available for an additional fee and is the responsibility of the renter.
- Rules: Strictly no pets and no parties.

Larissa was a great host. She was responsive as needed, but not intrusive. The property was in a great location and exactly what I was looking for in a rental. It was neat and clean with wonderful sunsets. Would stay there again.

Larissa is an excellent host! She responds to any inquiries in a timely manner, and checks in to make sure everything is ok, and whether you have any questions. She was nice enough to give us a list of her favorite restaurants in the area. The rental is beautifully decorated and still very comfortable. There is nothing that you need that Larissa hasn't thought of. We loved our time there!

First class experience

The home, views, location and property owners, all first class. All the amenities are brand new! The beds are comfortable and plenty of living area.There were many activities to outside and inside the club house. Neighbors are friendly and the area is clean. The proerty owners were responsive to our questions during our stay. We will return next year!
