Front desk staff wasn’t friendly at all! Hotel room had a view of the mall but right next to the elevator very noisy. Room was also dated.

Overall the hotel & room was fine. My biggest complaints were 1. The water in the bathtub took awhile to get warm. 2. After a few minutes in the shower the water got cold. 3. The hotel staff gave me two keys but neither 1 worked to open the door. My bf had to run back downstairs to get new keys. 4. I could hear other people in their rooms laughing/talking.

Had a incredible experience at the hotel. Front seat was really respectful and always helped me with any question I had. One of the front desk employee named Areej guided me and told me about tourist area around the hotel. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. Thank you so much

Stayed 2 nights, everything was good. American dream mall right near by. Starbucks in building!
