É a segunda vez que ficamos no way, mas pela localização.. a limpeza do quarto deixa a desejar, o ralo do banheiro do box a água fica parada demora descer e tudo é pago para uso exceto a piscina. As pessoas são legais e prestativas.

Flat muito bem localizado, luxuoso, confortável, limpos e novo. Excelente estrutura. Comunicação DESASTROSA. Recebi email confirmando a reserva, mas na hora não foi localizada. Recepcionistas MUITO DESPREPARADAS e até GROSSEIRAS, sem nenhuma boa vontade para resolver. Na prática disseram: se vire que não é problema meu. Mais de uma hora para conseguir resolver. Falhas podem ocorrer, mas a postura das recepcionistas foi inaceitável. A raiva não compensou o conforto, ao menos pra mim
