We needed a safe quiet place to stay when my son was in the hospital and this was the perfect place. The staff were warm and caring. It felt good to come back after a long day at the hospital to a peaceful and warm environment. It is walking distance to a very nice mall with many restaurant options or the food at the hotel is also very good.

Great walkable from the shopping area and because of the parking included you don’t have to pay to park in the mall. I didn’t eat onsite as so can’t review the food. Staff were friendly and the place is fairly modern and of a decent standard. Would stay again

Excellent service

The place was clean and the environment was good.From the friendliest receptionist Kenneth Khoza and Anne Mabyalani. Warmth welcome on our arrival .Our room was neat and clean,very cosy.As for the day diner was great on our first stay.Breakfast was awesome.We really enjoy our stay and we keep coming back again

Ok but not amazing

Staff were great. A few downsides - I requested a quiet room and got room #2 next to the entrance foyer and restaurant etc. Booked a king and got two singles. No way to modify the air conditioning. Upsides were the location to Rosebank Mall etc.

Well located, well covered stay

The hotel is well located and has all one could need for a business trip. The staff also very friendly. My only suggestion is that the speed and efficiency of laundry service could be improved.
