i have no experience with this hotel yet since can't check in on time i should becaause of unavailable room but still in your offer hotel lisy(can't make sense really make trouble yo me &family which have 2 kids).i'm realy super dissapointed with expedia which offer room that unavailable but take my money.when call the customer service it take about 45minutes and ending wikth nothing.No action taken to refund my money.Please take action as soon as possible.Really bad experiece with expedia i swear.Please improve your service to makesure no happen again in future.Lastly pplease refund my money ASAP.

Barely made it

Check in was prompt. No elevator here, all stairs! Rooms are obviously dated. Bed was hard and rather uncomfortable, pillow were too flat. Toilet was bare without amenities. Towels had stains on them. Will not return

Disgustingly worst stays

The room booked was Junior Suite, the room has no basic amenities provision such as dustbin, towel were not provided, no remote control for the TV and the air-conditioner. The toilet was disgustingly dirty, and we were fooled by the pictures advertised in Hotels Apps. Overall, it was a nightmare.

Not A Place to Stay for Hotel Guest

The room was quite spacious and bed was comfortable. However, TV was working terribly with only 1 shaky channel. There was a phone in the room but it was not working either. No bottled mineral water but just a cup in the room for you to go out to the main corridor to get drinking water. At the start, I had to go down 3 floors to the counter staff to get an air-con remote control. There is no lift. The staff brought a master control and told us she can't give us a remote control because she only have 1 master control. In the middle of the night, around 4 pm, the air-con shut down on its own and I had to go 3 floors down again to ask the staff to come and check our air-con. Fortunately, it was able to restart. As you can guess, our sleep was disturbed. There's no security guard for your car if you are driving but there are car parking lots. Wifi was drifting in and out.

Cleanliness can be improved

Can’t be too choosy for this price. But cannot stand the water seepage from toilet ceiling which wet the unused torn towel. Better bring your own towel. Ants clawing on the room table. Heater not warm enough for showering...not suitable for family.

No cup, no bottled water, no premixed coffee, no disposable toothbrush staying at their suite.
