I loved being able to part outside the room, motel style. Helpful staff, clean rooms.

Having reserved a sweet, expected some separation between the bed and the couch. It was all one room and the bath was tiny. Probably use another chain next time I'm in Joplin next month

Best spacious room!

Love our room, suite with 2 double beds and one double sofa, has walk-in closet, spacious 2 rooms.

Best Western Stole My Money &Refused Me Service

I just wanted to inform the public of a flaw in the system. Due to ice and snow causing issues with traveling back and forth to work, I booked a 3 night hotel stay using this site/app. I drove from Carthage to Joplin Missouri to the Best Western Hotel Oasis located 3508 S. RANGELINE RD. I got to the office and I was refused the service that I had booked. I was told that they don't rent rooms to locals. I explained to her I lived in Carthage and worked in Joplin and I did not want to miss work. Roads were slick and dangerous. They refused to let me stay. I ended up sleeping in my car and almost freezing to death. I called other places but I had already paid them and didn't have anymore money. BEST WESTERN OASIS DOESN'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT CUSTOMERS, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN LEAVE YOU OUT IN THE COLD. 😡😡😡😡😡
