Welcome to Julia’s Landing — a lovingly restored 110-year-old heritage home in the historic outport of Herring Neck, Central Newfoundland. This 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath retreat offers stunning ocean views, cozy charm, and a rich connection to the area’s fishing past. Just a short drive from Twillingate, it’s the perfect base for exploring the beauty and history of the coast.

Julia’s Landing is a beautifully restored heritage home, originally built over 110 years ago. While it has been thoughtfully renovated to include modern comforts, the original ceiling heights remain unchanged. Some areas of the home have ceiling clearances of approximately 6 feet 5 inches (even slightly lower in some doorframes), which may feel lower than in newer homes.

We encourage taller guests to keep this in mind when booking and moving through the space. Thanks for appreciating the charm and character of this historic home!

This was one of my top 10 places I've ever stayed. I loved this beautiful little cabin on the water. It was peaceful, quiet and stunningly beautiful. This is a place to relax, and enjoy the serenity. Everything was very new and well laid out and spotlessly clean. The directions on google took us to the door and I had had a minor car incident (pothole) and had damaged a tire and they provided names of where to take it immediately. Communication was quick, kind and effortless. I can't say enough about this place. If you are looking for serenity..and comfort this is it.

Wonderful historic family property beautifully restored and modernized. All the conveniences with a wonderful view of a tranquil bay. A little out the way for visiting Twillingate but well worth the extra drive. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Gem on the Water.

Beautiful 3 bedroom home on waterfront property with nice deck. Everything needed was provided. 15 to 20 minute drive to Twillengate shopping area. Quiet area for after dinner walks around the bay. Highly recommended.
