Nice stay

It was a good experience, advise first look up the near places if they are to your liking, like canopy and thermal waters (hot springs)

Checking was a headache, the Villa I was supposed to get was given to another person so I had to wait outside for 2 hours for another villa to be cleaned. We also wasn’t allow to be in the area of the hotel wish had the restaurant and bar so we had to travel outside to look for food, that was never communicated to us we was told that we can eat at the hotel.

La ubicacion esta bien pero no tube energy toda la noche y los propietarios no me recocieron nada

Cuando llegamos a la villa el guardia no nos dejó entrar porque no tenia aviso y por esta razón no se pudo hacer uso de la villa, además no contaba con servicio de energía eléctrica, viajamos de guatemala a honduras y tuvimos un retraso en frontera, llegamos a las 11 pm hablamos con Fernando Martínez quien al parecer es un intermediario que ayuda propietario de la villa a promoverla, quisiera me apoyen con la devolución de 11,595.36 lempiras que me cobraron

Lamentamos mucho su experiencia, pero usted llegó casi a la media noche y ese día se fue la luz eléctrica en toda la zona. Ya le hicimos la devolución de su dinero.

NO ALOJARSE AQUÍ, Esta Villa es de un dueño particular, no es del Hotel Palma Real. Villa totalmente sucia,,, cocina con excremento de ratón, sanitario asqueroso, camas con sabanas sucias, algunas luces sin funcionar. Una completa decepción. NO ALOJARSE AQUÍ... Pedimos la devolución del pago y el dueño se negó y luego no contestó el teléfono nunca más.. DO NOT STAY HERE, This Villa is from a private owner, it is not from Hotel Palma Real. Villa totally dirty ,,, kitchen with mouse droppings, disgusting sanitary, beds with dirty sheets, some lights not working. A complete disappointment. DO NOT STAY HERE ... We ask for the return of the payment and the owner refused and then did not answer the phone anymore ..

Dios es justo y fiel y sabe que no es cierto lo que usted dijo, usted se quiso aprovechar de las ofertas del hotel y hacernos trabajar por gusto.
