This condo is in a wonderful location and has a great view directly across the street from Magic Sands beach. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath fully air conditioned condo has an ocean view, and is fully equipped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay when in Kona. The oversized lanai offers a view of the ocean, and the pool, and is a fantastic way to start the day while enjoying a cup of Kona Coffee.

After flying thousands of miles to get to paradise, you deserve accommodations that allow you to enjoy yourself. We make sure that happens. A clean, comfortable, air conditioned condo in an ideal location will give you that "right at home" feeling and serve as your base while you enjoy all the attractions on the big island of Hawaii. Kahaluu beach (snorkel beach) one of the top two snorkeling sites on the big island is less than a mile away. Directly across the street is "Magic Sands" beach, also known as White Sands Beach. About 100 yards to the north is Pahoehoe Beach with picnic tables, BBQ's and benches. About 100 yards south is La'Aloa beach. The Kona Trolley stops across the street at Magic Sands if traveling south, and about 50 ft north of the condo complex if traveling north. The trolley is a nice way to get to town or Keahou shopping center if you choose not to drive.

The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed, with private walk in master bath. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be combined for a king bed if desired. The second bath has a tub/shower combination. The unit has a washer and dryer inside the condo. The kitchen is fully equipped with range, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and all the small appliances you could need. Most appliances are less than a year old. The dining area seats 6 people comfortably. The living room is spacious, and nicely furnished.

We supply beach chairs, cooler, plastic ware for pool or picnic use, beach towels, beach umbrella, and more. Free WiFi is included and phone with free calling throughout the islands, the US mainland, and Canada. Free, assigned covered parking.

The unit was fantastic! Very clean and the upgrades and finishes were really nice. Especially the beautiful solid wood doors. This is one of those rare units where you don’t have to worry about coffee filters, salt/pepper, or even soap and shampoo. Very well and thoughtfully stocked. Even a couple of boogie boards and snorkeling sets were available for use. All of that, plus the location and view are great. Highly recommended.

We’ve stayed in White Sands Village a number of times and this was our favourite unit! Close to the beach, great view and all of the amenities were in good condition. Best of all, though, was that the kitchen was stocked with the essentials - spices, condiments, etc. So often there’s nothing and we have to throw out half used ingredients.

This unit is amazing. Very clean and everything you need is available in the unit. The view was great but most of all the location. Right across the street from magic sands beach. This was a wonderful location! Magic sands beach was closer than I expected, I could see the ocean from the kitchen and we could hear the surf. The condo was comfortable and clean and was well stocked with anything and everything. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and we hope to be back someday!
The morning sun on the balcony was very handy for drying gear like water shoes and swimwear. I appreciated the drying racks!

The property/condo were very nice. I love it when they're stocked with the little extras: seasonings, lots of kitchen items, and all the beach stuff. We were only there 3 days, so we didn't take advantage of all the amenities, but we were impressed. It would've been perfect if a crib or pak'n'play was available, but I got the impression wee ones aren't real welcomed. And that's ok.

Great location, cross the street to jump into the waves. An older beach unit but well taken care of. Lots of kitchen supplies; plenty of pots and pans, many storage containers, and well stocked with spices. Handicap access can be difficult. Garage is on the ground level. There is an elevator but you still have a flight of stairs down to the unit. Wish we had more time there.

We’ve stayed in many hotels and resorts but this is the first condo we’ve booked. Attention to detail was very much appreciated, such as power bars with USB ports next to the beds, luggage racks, laundry baskets and night lights in the bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, dishes, spices, ice packs, plastic containers, ziplock bags, etc. plus there were coolers and beach chairs. The condo was exactly as shown in the pictures. We picked this complex because of the beach across the street and everyone agreed it was a perfect location.

The place was clean and well stocked as far as kitchen, laundry, and beach accessories. The location was good, across the street from Magic Beach, and not far from all the places in Kona. Check in was simple and the host was responsive when I messaged about a possible late check out. (Side note, I should have checked about a late check out far before the trip, my bad.) The pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor cooking spaces are great. There are a few things that would have improved our experience. First, the towels are terrible and rough like sand paper. Second, this is not a sleep 6, there are beds for 4, an uncomfortable couch (not sofa sleeper) that doesn’t fold out and several air mattresses to choose from that don’t have sheets to fit. We were 5 so we made it happen but not what we were expecting . Third, one of the two beach umbrellas does not have any way to anchor it down, so be prepared to hold it all day. Overall we had a wonderful trip and would stay here again if we were only sleeping 4 or less people.

Exceeded our expectations!

We have been to the Big Island before so we were not looking to do a lot of sightseeing. We rented a car for one day and used the free public transportation (Trolley) when we needed to go anywhere! The location of this condo was perfect with stops very close to the condo.The condo was very clean and very well stocked with everything! We have stayed at several VRBOs and never had one that provided so many supplies such as storage containers, Ziplock bags, shampoo, conditioner & body wash!!! And of course all of the necessary kitchen appliances, dishes and utensils!The complex was perfect! BBQ, pool table and pool! The grounds were very well maintained and we felt very safe there.We highly recommend this unit and look forward to staying there again!

Very much appreciate how smooth everything went. Super easy check in/check out. Condo was spotlessly clean, nice view of the ocean, ample supplies including items left by prior renters (boogie boards, noodles, etc). This condo is directly across the street from Magic Sands Beach, about a one minute or less walk. With a rental car easy to run into town, visit the Volcano National Park, Hilo, etc. Thank-you for a very wonderful vacation. It provided my wife and I a very special time and memories with our adult grandkids.
