"Really loved this space. Right along the shore, free parking below, Da Poke Shack, and a pool as well. Bot located in the heart of Kailua but along Alii Drive to not be too far from the scenery. Will definitely stay here again in the future."

"Nice place to stay on the Kona Coast, unit was clean and it was nice having a washer/dryer in the unit. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, etc. The view from the Lanai was awesome. The only thing lacking was a sunset view, but it could be better in the winter months I would guess. Not much close by as easily walkable, as it is about a 5-minute drive to Kona area. Great place to base yourself for your stay, but rent a car, you will need it for sure. I put 575 miles on my rental car in a week. Be warned that it takes quite a while to get to most places outside Kona, as most of the island is 35 mph to 45 mph zones. Cheers & Aloha ..."

"This is a nice property that is located near the Kona town center where you can enjoy shopping and activities. My only complaint is that they did not fully disclose that the property does not have air-conditioning, nor do they provide basic toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Overall, I might stay here again, but I would exhaust other options first."

"The grounds were well maintained with historical and natural features. The apartment had all the necessities for kitchen, bath and outdoor fun like beach towels. Each room is very quiet and perfect for privacy. I am not sure if every apartment has them, but our apartment had a small cooler for our beach days! It was perfect. So many awesome beaches w/in walking distance or 30min drive! Had full laundry set and soap! Went home with clean clothes. It is a peaceful property and all staff we came accross were friendly and helpful with recommendations. We will absolutely stay here again."

"The property had free parking, laundry, dishwasher, air conditioner in the main room only. The view of the ocean from balcony is nice but really good from parking lot with stairway access right down to the rocky shore-great for sunset! 2 mile walk from downtown. Does have rules for pool and quiet time that is enforced - not a party type place, more for a quiet calm environment. Overall very nice!"

"We loved our stay at this beautiful property. The check in and out were very easy and smooth. The communication with the host was clear and easy. We spend a little over a week for a matriarch's 70th birthday and a family reunion. There were eleven of us. The house is quite spacious with lots of areas to relax with a book or engage with people. What's even more amazing is the outside area, from the beautiful landscaping, to the chic pool, and magnificent ocean views. There is a public beach access, and trust me you want to take advantage of it. If you want a sandy beach is just a 10 min walk away. The coffee farms are just up the mountain , no more than 20 min away in the cloud forest.The house and property were spotless, and the kitchen big enough to accommodate two grandmas cooking at the same time ;) I cannot recommend this stay enough. We had the best time, I am pretty sure so would you! Book it, folks."
