Greta stay!
Excellent unit. It had everything we could have needed. Very comfortable and nice location (if you want to avoid hustle and bustle of downtown Kona). There was A/C. Ceiling fans would have been perfect for the evenings without running A/C.

Beautiful setting. Condo needs some maintenance for example issues with both toilets and some minor repairs needed. Info on how to use both TVs would be helpful as remote did not work or how to set to live TV not provided. While condo looked clean if one went bare foot bottoms of feet got very dirty.
Absolutely beautiful and way past what we expected as far as the room and amenities.
Highly reccomend
The only downside to this property was the disrespectful other residents who dont realize a person younger than 55 can rent the same rental as them. Almost every time i went outside the apartment someone side eyed me and my wife and or made sly comments about the property being private. I didnt know i had to have my papers to walk around for the hall monitor residents.
