Our family of seven had a comfortable stay. The four bedrooms were a great fit and gave everyone their own space and bathrooms. The sunset views from the pool area were beautiful and definitely a highlight.We visit Hawaii every year and aren’t overly picky, but there were a few areas that could be improved. Keyless entry would be much more convenient than keeping track of physical keys for both the main house and the exterior-access bedrooms. More beach chairs would also have been helpful for a larger group wanting to spend the day at the beach together.  The hot water never quite got hot enough, even after we requested that the temperature be adjusted. With the fully open shower in the master bathroom, hotter water would have made a big difference. The BBQ grill was also very dirty and clogged, which caused uneven heating. The hosts did offer to come address it, but we chose not to interrupt our stay and hope it’s resolved for future guests.Overall, the home is spacious and works well for a large family, but it could benefit from some general TLC.

Picture Perfect

This property was amazing. This large home was perfect for a large family traveling together. Everyone had there own bedroom & private bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. There are pool toys & plenty of things for the beach....umbrella, chairs, snorkel gear & beach towels. This home is in a great location. It's close to everything which is very convenient for getting groceries, gas & just shopping for fun.Kona Vacation Rentals is The Host & they are excellent with communication. They respond quickly to any questions you might have. There is nothing lacking in this home. And, wait until you see the view!

We had a wonderful time. The house has an amazing view, absolutely gorgeous! The pool was clean and the perfect temperature. The beds were comfortable. Loved the layout of the kitchen.Property manager was easy to reach and a big help.
