This is a beautiful hotel, the staff was very helpful in answering questions and it was close too location i was interested in visiting

Older hotel and it needs to be renovated. Room has worn out poor carpet and tub faucet continuous leaking. Adequate but not what I expect from an Embassy Suites.

Hotel needs updating

Rooms are old, couch is not comfy. During breakfast, staff didn’t act like they were very accomodating. Floors were sticky, our table was not cleaned well.

Not clean or customer friendly

The hotel is dated. There was mold on in the shower, ceiling of the bed room and brown stuff on the pull out couch sheets. There were band aids floating in the pool. The AGM was beyond unreasonable and believes that customer service is not a priority per his statement “this is not my problem this is yours”.
