Location great. Food handling and execution terrible. Came back with food poisoning.

The property was nice. But the food was limited and the size of the resort has everything spread out to the point where you have no ideal what’s going on half the time. The service is great and the staff keeps things looking nice. Rooms were cleaned daily and done very well. Some things in the room are outdated and show wear and tear. It was a fun vacation and not bad for the money.

Pros: the property is beautiful, well-maintained, and very clean. The beach is stunning! Shuttles were readily available but we enjoyed walking throughout the resort. The rooms were very nice with a pool area right outside the window. We were on the 2nd floor so no real benefit. Still a cool experience. The Mexican and Italian restaurants were excellent. Every single staff member we met was great! Spa was wonderful!
Cons: limited nightlife after 10 although the foam and silent parities were a blast. Lunch options were awful which is not great when you’re drinking. None of the restaurants served or allowed food at the bars, pools, or beaches. The sit down restaurants were a 2 hour wait. Breakfast service was better but long waits at times.

Staff made the whole experience pleseant. All inclusive alcohol bottles low quality
