Découvrez Phuket à tout petit prix...loin du chaos de Patong !

Hôtel situé à Karon Beach. Plage très calme par contre difficile de s'y baigner. Environnement très calme. On rejoins rapidement le centre ville en passant par la plage. L'hôtel est toutefois déconseillé aux personnes âgées car il est construit sur une colline et il comporte de nombreux escaliers. Assez bas de gamme, mais bon, pour le prix cela reste correct avec climatisation, eau chaude et terrasse. Vue magnifique du restaurant. Personnel souriant et accueillant.

Хотели бы предостеречь всех кому не безразличен минтмальный комфорт и тех кому не наплевать на самого себя. Номера просто ужасные, обшарпаные стены как снаружи так и изнутри, все требует ремонта ну или хотя бы обновления! Персоналу вообще абсолютно безразлично что и как происходит, как в принципе и хозяину - об этом ниже. Нас заселили в номер с видом на море, зайдя в него первое что захотелось сделать это заплакать. Номер не пригоден для проживания И вот почему - 1. что кровать сломана, точнее матрас, в нем просто большая яма! Указав на это админу (тайке в лохмотьях, видимо как проснулась так и пошла работать), она сказала что жто НОРМА! И предложила нам застелить эту яму полотенцами! 2. Вонь в номере толи собакамт то ли бомжами. Понятно что не все номера такие и по одному номеру не судят, мы попросили другой и нам его дали, да)) без вида на море, уже не пахло это плюс, матрас уставший но без ямы, но нет ХОЛОДИЛЬНИКА и нет горячей воды, на что и админ и хозяин отеля нам сказали - it's ok! То есть им абсолютно всеравно. 3. Белье грязное, на подушках волосы, через силу удалось поменять наволочки на что-то подобное чистым. Пришлось переночевать одну ночь и сюежать в ужасе, хотя брали на 4 ночи. Да, понятно что это не 4 или 5 звезд, но элементарные моменты, которые даде в гестхаусах есть, не учтены. Конечно же есть плюс - расположение и вид, все. Надеюсь отзыв поможет в дальнейшем другим людям пртнять решение.

ビーチに近く、見晴らしがよいが、スーパーなどの商業施設から離れていたこと、密林地帯に位置していることもあり、部屋内に小さな虫がたくさんいたことが少し気になった。従業員方々の接客態度はよかった。

STAY AWAY

The rooms do not look like the pictures at all. They do not have a reception that welcomed us. The room was full of ants and very bad cleaned. The air conditioning did not work, and the safe hung in a screw on the wall. The extra bed was from the 50's and in very bad shape. Did not get a better room or money back.The staff spoke very little english and the manager was rude and a not helpfull. We rebooked to another hotel.

Bugs, dilapidated...refused to stay

Besides the fact you must be fit to even get to the place and most drivers won't go down that hill, the pictures online are a poor representation of this place. If you don't mind sleeping with bugs, this is the perfect place for you. We walked into the room, called a taxi and ran out of there!

Awful Experience, Yes Close Beach

Hands down the worst place we stayed in the entirety of Thailand. I wish I would have checked the reviews on other sites and not just here on expedia. They overbooked us, so when we arrived, they said sorry and had us walk in the rain with our bags up the hill to another location that they secured a room for us. We had payed for cliff side, ocean view, and we were met with leaking room and non working plumbing. The walls swelled with rain water pouring in. The next morning we were shuffled back down the hill to our actual room. The staff was rude and did not seem bothered by our bad night. They simply said, our room would be ready in a few hours. When it was ready, we arrived, there were ants working their way up the bed sides. The beds themselves were not 1 king, but rather 2 twins pushed together that felt like plywood. Overall, they can't control the weather, but since it was raining it was a major slip hazard. The walkways are narrow and dangerous. The path to the beach is close and that is about the only redeeming quality of the entire property. We were told because of all the problems we could have late checkout which would be nice because it was still pouring rain and being able to shower would be a plus. However, once the check out time rolled around, they promplty shuffled us out and didn't seem to care what agreement the owner had made with us. In closing, do not stay here. It may look appealing but be warned of all hidden dangers.

Nice view, horrible hotel

Apart from the view, this place should be demolished. It's old, dirty, dangerous, handrails fallen off, rubbish stacked in places, sooooo dirty & falling apart, beds seem to not have mattresses they are that uncomfortable, as for the staff, omg, they're as depressing as the place itself. The location though is amazing, right at the end of Karon beach, unfortunately though they have traded on this too far.

Единственное из-за чего стоит остановиться-это вид на море и шум прибоя. Будьте внимательны!!! -не все номера имеют вид на море, в основном это вид на заросли. Девушка на ресепшн ватная. Море рядом, до основных улиц 10 мин пешком по берегу.

Dirty room, uncomfortable bed, but stunning view

I was really disappointed with this hotel. The staff weren't polite at all. My room was dirty - the sheets had marks on them, there was a squashed dead bug on the floor, the bathroom smelt bad and there were ants all through the bed. The safe wasn't secured to the wall properly and was therefore useless. The bed was literally the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on (and I spent a year backpacking in hostels... so that really says something!). Honestly, I had a terrible sleep because the bed was so awful. The view from the main area/restaurant was really beautiful. It was amazing... only good thing about this place.

Hotel as prime and budget rooms. I had a budget one. Bed linen and towels have never been changed during 7 day stay. All bench tops dirty. Bathroom issues. TV and AirCon work perfect. Room is very bright, good views. Bed mattress feels very very hard and if your body weight exceeds 80kg you feel the springs in mattress. Still value for money, if you're not fussy you will enjoy but your lady probably has higher standards

Desapointing was suppose to be more !!!

Room is big but old, the location is nice and also the view. It is hard to get there, you need to get a motorbike to go around, They don't rent them there and they don't have a deal with a supplier, so you will have to find it or spend a lot in taxi. There was no towel in the bathroom, suppose to have toiletry... Only thing was a little bar of soap... Suppose to have wifi in the room, but no only at the restaurant !!! Could not pay with credit card... They are quipped to make a café latte, but they don't do them. Hotel with a potential but not manage the right way, will not go back because many other hotel give you more for less. Not a deal

Мы забронировали номер в отеле на 4 дня, затем уезжали на 2 дня на Пхи-Пхи, далее был забронирован другой отель, но как только мы приехали сюда.... все варианты отпали сами собой! Этот потрясающий вид с балкона бунгало! Просто сказка! А этот шум прибоя! Итак мы здесь остались на следующие 2 недели! Утром в 6.00 просыпаюсь, с чашечкой кофе иду на балкон и 2 часа наслаждаюсь этим видом, шумом прибоя и думаю о вечном! Влюбилась в эту красоту! А все остальное,(я о минусах) уже не важно!!!И 160 ступенек к морю вниз, а затем наверх! Займитесь хотя бы так своим телом! Всем удачи! А я буду рекомендовать этот отель, кто ценит красоту природы, а не 5+!

Katastrophale Zustände!!

Auf Grund meiner beruflichen Erfahrung in der Reisebranche Habe ich viele Orte bereist. Noch nie habe ich es für nötig gehalten meine Meinung zu veröffentlichen, (schon alleine wegen Image Schaden) doch dieses Hotel zwingt mich dazu meine Erfahrung an andere weiterzugeben. Unser Bungalow roch so sehr nach Schimmel, dass es uns selbst mit offenen Fenstern schwer fiel zu atmen. Alle Schränke waren aufgeschwemmt und kaputt. Die Balkontüre, konnte man weder richtig auf machen, noch konnte man sie richtig schließen. Die Netze die an Fenstern angebracht waren hatten Löcher. Der Weg zum Strand führte an einer Müllhalde vorbei. Wir versuchten am nächsten Tag beim Frühstück zu entspannen. Ich bemerkte beim essen,alten vertrockneten Reis unter meinen Pancakes und wir hörten sofort auf zu essen. Meine Befürchtungen bestätigten sich,als meine Tochter am Abend anfing sich zu übergeben. Sie hatte zum ersten Mal etwas anderes gegessen als ich. Daraufhin wollten wir das Hotel verlassen und hatten eine Alternative. Ich bat (höflich)den Besitzer uns ein Taxi zu rufen. Dieser lag auf der Couch im Restaurant ,spielte mit seinem Iphone und hatte wohl keine Lust mit einer Taxizentrale zu telefonieren. Ohne mich anzuschauen, sagte er wir sollen uns an die Schnellstraße stellen uns selber versuchen eines zu erwischen. Eine Bestätigung, dass wir 12Nächte zu früh abgereist sind,habe ich auch nicht bekommen.

magnificent views, but!!!!!

Views from the balcony are magnificent, unfortunately that is where it ends. 146 steps on a steep hill just to get to reception (the room and back) to inform them the air con doesn't work no water in the shower, and more wildlife in the room than outside, the small crawly kind. There are no phones in the rooms. The staff would not put a message on the door of my room from my distraught wife, (7500 kms away) in case I may have been caught doing something I shouldn't. (lets protect the guilty)

В первые дни отель просто ужаснул. Очень плохое состояние отеля. Номер совершенно не соответствовал представленным фотографиям. Ужасная ванная, нет полатенцев в номере, что очень неприятно удивил. Вообщем номер поверг в шок. Но расположение отеля просто супер. Он находится на холме в тени деревьев, ресторан на склоне обдувается ветерком. Очень полезно и удачно, так как на пляже нет ни зонтиков, ни лежаков и некуда спрятаться от солнца, спасал только отель. Отель, очень тихий, без шумных компаний и пьянок. Находится прямо на пляже, вдалеке от дорог, где очень тихо и приятно. Поэтому все эти плюсы перевесили состояние номера. Рекомендую его тем, кто не гонится за удобством в номере, и согласен просто там ночевать.

Not as advertised

AC didn't work, ants crawling everywhere, no wifi in the room, no toiletries, had to ask for kettle, no tea or coffee, mattress was broken, wardrobes and drawers broken, damp on ceiling, no towels in room until we asked for them. Overall not a good experience.
