For some reason my room card (room 413) wouldn't work on the 3rd evening, which was a problem as it was after 10.30 in the evening, and i was a single 69 year old traveller. I returned to reception and the card was reset, i returned again to the 4th floor to find it still wasn't working. A member of staff then escorted me to the access door on the 4th floor to ensure it worked the 3rd time.

The room was smelled mold, and spayed air freshener which caused even worse. The worst part was no Wi-Fi internet service in our room. We reported the issue the first day after check-in, but no constructional answers for that. No technician came to fix it or no compensation for the inconvenience. The receptionist kept telling me that they can’t do anything because the manager was not there. And no one knew when the manager will reply the emails to address the issue due to the coming weekends. It was absolutely unacceptable no one in the building taking any responsibility to address customer’s requirement. We were very disappointed, and won’t recommend the hotel at all.
