Amazing new hotel. The room, pool amd restaurant are amazing. Lotus restaurant is delicious and price for food and drinks are reasonable. Massive thank you for Hivda, the waiter with the amazing customer service skills. Very nice and polite girl, i would suggest to the management of the hotel that Hivda should receive some bonus. Once again thank you for an amazing stay.

Unfriendly desk staff

We arrive to the hotel and nobody sit at the front desk. After 30 min guy that came to front desk was angry and not professional. Unfortunately it was very bad experience

Yeni bir otel olmakla birlikte görünümü peyzaj ve düzenlemesi çok güzel bir oteldi. Çalışanların tamamı çok nazik ve güleryüzlü insanlardı hepsine ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederiz. Oda kahvaltı olarak konaklama gerçekleştirdik ara sıra alacarte hizmet aldık. Hem kahvaltı hem yemekleri inanılmaz kaliteli ürünlerle ve mis gibi sunumlarla servis edildi. Otelin puan kırdığım tek kusuru 4 gece 5 gün konaklamamıza rağmen oda temizliği yapılmaması oldu. Resepsiyon ekibine durumu da belirttik. Bayram yoğunluğu sebebiyle olduğu belirtildi ancak bu sorunu da çözerlerse mükemmel ve kesinlikle tercih edilecek bir hotel. Tüm çalışanlara tekrar teşekkür ederiz

Incroyable hôtel! Personnel au top, toujours à l’écoute. Hôtel très propre et très récent, avec plage privé à 5 min à pied de l’hôtel. J’y retournerai sans hésitation !
