Check in was very quick and easy. It’s the little touches it was mine and my son’s birthday this weekend and we had a birthday cake, cards, sweets, drink in the room. Lovely. The room was clean and tidy and spacious. We stayed half board. The dinner allowance was very good and the food was amazing. Would definitely stay here again thank you for an amazing stay.

Friendly staff, good breakfast. I was worried it would be noisy from traffic due the location as I was allocated a room at the front of the hotel but it was surprisingly quiet after rush hour settled down.

Room was quite small but the bed was comfortable and shower was hot with good pressure. Our sink drained really slowly. WiFi kept dropping out so I gave up trying to stream video. TV was small by current standards (32 inch?) but OK for the size of the room. Lift worked well (we were on the second floor), building had some steps in strange places that made moving heavy suit cases a bit difficult. Old building issues I guess.
