Set across a private estate, Villa Colibri is designed for groups who want to spend time together without feeling crowded. With multiple indoor and outdoor living areas, a resort-style pool, and thoughtfully separated areas, it offers the flexibility to move easily between shared moments and quiet downtime.

Villa Colibri is a private, multi-structure estate designed for groups who want to spend time together without feeling crowded—offering space to gather, unwind, and settle comfortably across the property from the moment you arrive.

The property includes:
‱ A main house with kitchen, living areas, and primary bedrooms
‱ A poolside casita-style suite with its own sitting area
‱ An optional private guest unit (ADU) available as an add-on, with its own entrance, king bed, full kitchen, and dinette.

All areas are within a short walk of each other, making it easy to move between spaces without ever feeling spread out.

All structures included in your booking are:
‱ Fully private and exclusive to your group
‱ No shared spaces or on-site hosts

The layout is designed so:
‱ Everyone can gather centrally (kitchen, pool, outdoor dining)
‱ While still having physical separation between sleeping areas

There is also a secondary building near the pool that is not part of the rental. It is not accessible to guests and will remain unoccupied during your stay.

The entire estate is exclusively yours during your stay.

The main house serves as the central hub, where the kitchen, living rooms, and dining areas naturally bring everyone together. It’s fully equipped for everything from casual breakfasts to full group dinners, with plenty of room to cook and connect.

Across the property, the layout allows guests to spread out without feeling disconnected. Each bedroom is designed as a semi-private suite, with its own ensuite bathroom and separation from other sleeping areas—giving everyone a comfortable sense of personal space.

The poolside casita, while connected to the main house, adds another layer of privacy, with its own sitting area and proximity to the outdoor area—ideal for guests who want a quieter place to unwind while still being close to the group.

For larger groups, the optional private unit (ADU) provides even more flexibility. While it is part of the same structure as the main house and poolside casita, it does not have interior access and is entered separately. Inside, it features its own kitchen, dinette, king bedroom, and living area with an additional sofa bed—making it a great fit for a couple or small family who may want more independence.

The main house and poolside casita are connected and share interior access, while the outdoor spaces sit just beyond— creating a layout that’s cohesive indoors and open across the outdoor spaces.

The outdoor spaces become the natural center of the stay—whether it’s afternoons by the pool, long dinners under the open sky, or evenings in the hot tub with mountain views. It’s the kind of setting where groups naturally spend time together without needing to plan for it.

A world away — yet everything is so close!If you’ve ever wondered what it would be like to not only live in wine country but to live on one of the amazing estates you pass along the way, rent this property! You couldn’t ask for a more gracious host who have thought of everything! This glorious property is beautiful, quiet, vast, and quite beautiful as well! Throw in pet friendly — why go anywhere else?!?! Our girls’ weekend was magical and even our golden doodle had an amazing time — she met her first skunk (from a distance, thankfully), and found out that ponds are a wonderful place to splash! After we hosed her off on the patio, she promptly went to sleep blissfully in the courtyard, lulled by the fountain, the sun, and the hospitality.We had a home in Napa and it can be tricky owning a vacation property in the valley; lots of rules and regulations and ensuring that you are also a great neighbor! Villa Colibri is as beautiful as the photos and your hosts are the best of the best. They make it look easy (and it isn’t always so!) So take it from locals who have some experience in this area — this is a divine retreat and we will be returning again and again.

The house was nice but needs a lot of maintenance The kitchen lights would randomly not work, the pipe under the kitchen sink fell open (was never installed properly) the outdoor refrigerator was not cold, the keypad lock for casita didn’t work because the battery was dead. Took 2 hours for them to finally figure out where the lock box key was located. The spa would randomly empty, the sprinklers were not covering the lawn properly so a lot of the grass was dead. The pond was covered in green stuff, not like pictured in the add. The dishwasher didn’t empty the large umbrella didn’t operate. The bedding in the master bedroom was very cheap The walls need a good cleaning. We were only in the house for a long weekend so didn’t bother with calling for maintenance. We still very much enjoyed our stay
