This 1-bedroom plus den /2 bath condo is located in the heart of Ketchum and is within walking distance to town and the lifts. Located on the second floor with elevator access, this one-level condo has an open living feel with a 45-inch flat-screen with Apple TV only (no cable) and a gas fireplace. There is access to a small deck area with complex views. The fully stocked kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are 4 bar stools at the countertop. The dining area has a table that will seat 4.

The primary bedroom has a King bed and his and her closets. The ensuite bath has a 2-sink vanity and a combo shower/tub. The den has a Queen bed and access to a full-size hallway bath with a single sink vanity and shower only. There is a door for privacy, but no closet. The stack washer/dryer is located in this bathroom. There are hardwood floors and beautiful furnishings throughout the condo.

Complex Features: Elevated from street level, access can be gained from the interior hallway. Located in the heart of Ketchum, within walking distance to downtown and just a block away from a bus stop to get you to the lifts. This is a great location for everything one can enjoy while visiting Sun Valley. Only on-street parking is available for this condo.

Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. Quick Trip to Sun Valley

A quick trip to visit friends in Sun Valley. The property was clean, had a great floor plan, and is in a great location to downtown Ketchum.

Great location in Ketchum, with just a 3 min drive to River Run (or you can easily grab the shuttle). Super clean and well laid out. Was comfortable for 4 but could sleep 2 more in the bunk beds. Would gladly rent it again!

The unit was perfect for our family. Everything was clean and in great condition. Easy walk to all Sun Valley has to offer. Check in was easy but a coded lock would make it just a bit easier than having to pick up and drop off the key (just two blocks costs away). Not a complaint just an idea to make the condo the perfect rental in Sun Valley.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this condo. The entry and hallway were nice and felt very safe. The open kitchen dining living was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked, the living room was cosy with a gas fireplace that added ambiance and quite a bit of heat. The bed was very comfortable. We were only a couple staying but it was nice to have an extra bathroom and would have been quite comfortable for 4 or more. The parking required some effort to read all the signs and move the car nightly. But always spots in front of the entry.

First Time in Sun Valley

Ketchum is a fun & convenient place to stay to experience the Sawtooth Summer. This condo gave us walking access to all of our non wilderness creature comforts.The 2 baths allowed us to divide & conquer in the mornings. The kitchen was well equipped for any hot or cold beverages you could need. The king bed was cozy and the building has coded access for extra security! Overall great stay!

The unit is laid out really well, the kitchen is fully stocked, and the location makes it easy to walk to dinner, the grocery stores, ski shops, etc. We had a small issue with the kitchen sink and the team was very responsive. One note, where you check in and pick up keys is about 4 blocks from the actual unit. Thought I'd mention it since it creates a logistical issue if you're taking a taxi w/ ski gear.
