This tri-level, 2,800-square-foot beautiful townhome is located in West Ketchum near the River Run ski lifts. On the first level, as you enter the townhome, there are two bedrooms, a primary suite with a Queen bed and a 50-inch flat-screen TV, and access to a private deck. The primary bathroom has an extra-large shower, a soaking tub, and a single vanity sink. The guest bedroom has a set of bunk beds with a twin on top and a double on the bottom. This room has an en-suite bath with a shower/tub and a single vanity sink. The laundry area with a full-size washer/ dryer is also on this level.

The second level features hardwood floors and a sunken living room with ample seating to relax in. Enjoy the two-sided fireplace, 50-inch flat-screen TV, and the spacious deck with a BBQ grill. The gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a granite countertop is sunny and has a cooking island with 2 bar stools; the dining area seats 6. There is also a small desk area, should you need a workstation. This is a wonderful unit with an exceptional entertaining area. A small powder room is next to the kitchen, and the additional primary suite is on this level. The primary bedroom has a King bed and a 39-inch flat-screen smart TV, so you can log in to your AppleTV, Netflix, etc. (no cable). There is an additional two-sided gas fireplace in this bedroom, and the primary bath has an extra-large whirlpool bath where you can enjoy the fireplace. Slate countertops with a 2-sink vanity and a separate shower area.

On the third level is the spacious loft area with a large couch and table with 6 chairs and a queen Murphy bed. There is also a full bathroom with a shower on this level. Southern windows and decks of this townhome have tons of sun throughout the day and a whole-house water filtration system. There is only one parking space assigned to this unit and there is NO garage access.

There is a free shuttle that picks up a half block away that will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mt., downtown Ketchum, and to the Sun Valley and Elkhorn resorts.
