With 3 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 2 dining rooms, game room, and 7 bedrooms allow large groups spread out, yet the main living room, dining room, and kitchen are large enough to accommodate most or all of your party. 2 kitchens allow 2 to 4 chefs to whip up an amazing feast for all to enjoy. The formal dining tables in the main area seat 14, and there is bar seating for 9 more. When you have a kitchen island with bar seating for 9 people, you know you have a large space! The second full kitchen has bar seating for 4 and formal dining for 6. With all this space, you can get everyone together, or split them up, whatever you prefer! The main living room has 3 full size couches, and yet not one of them is backed up to a wall. This is a great place to relax by the fire with a book from the library, or watch the big game on the HDTV. Speaking of games - don't forget about the game room! In addition to the 3 living rooms, the game room is ideal for entertainment. It has an assortment of arcade games, a foosball table, ping pong table, and 70 inch TV with video game systems and associated games, controllers, etc. The kids will love this room, but don't be surprised if you find some adults having a blast here too!

On the north wing of the home, the master suite is fit for a King or Queen. This suite has 3 rooms and features vaulted ceilings, an HDTV, and patio. The main bedroom area is so large it makes the King bed look small. French doors lead into the dressing room, and another set of french doors open into the master bath.. The master bath is a 5 piece bathroom which includes a long bathtub, a large steam shower, water closet, and vanity with dual sinks. The second master bedroom is upstairs. Again the room is more than ample for the King bed and nightstands. This 2nd floor room has extra nice views of the mountains, as well as an HDTV and private bathroom. The third master bedroom is actually a whole apartment! The private bedroom has a King bed, vaulted ceilings, HDTV, and great views. Then you have the living room with beautiful leather sofa, HDTV, full kitchen, and dining area. The bathroom for this apartment features granite counters, a walk in shower, and water closet. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are separated by the 3rd living room, which again features a beautiful leather sleeper sofa as well as a fireplace and HDTV. Bedroom 4 has a King bed, gas fireplace, and HDTV while bedroom 5 has 2 bunk beds, 4 Twins overall. These two bedrooms share a full bath which features an iron claw tub and shower. Upstairs, bedroom 6 has a Queen bed and HDTV while bedroom 7 has 2 Twins and an HDTV. Both have great views and they share a nice large full bathroom.

The lot is a good size at 1.3 acres. Mature trees on the border of the land create a nice private retreat for you and your group. The large front yard is nicely landscaped with an irrigated and flat lawn area. Out back, you have a very large wraparound patio that is ideal for BBQs and outdoor dining. This is also where you'll find the extra large hot tub, which has plenty of room for 8 adults at a time and lights that change color.
