Shower blocked and slow draining
Mirror in bathroom not cleaned
Polystyrene bits on the carpet
BREAKFAST - arrived for breakfast at 7-35am. No bacon, no milk, no butter packs. Butter and milk arrived 2-3 minutes after making the server aware, i left the hotel at 7-50 and still no bacon, eggs are powdered and taste of sand. nobody on reception as i left so no "thank you, bye" from the staff

Hi Timothy, thanks for your feedback. I am sorry your stay fell short of expectations. While it offers no compensation to you, we have experienced some issues with our supplier, whereby they have not delivered on time with no notice, and a bug has affected 50% of our front desk team in the last 72 hours which has left us short. Hopefully this will be different on your next stay. I have forwarded your comments regarding your room to our Housekeeping and Maintenance team for their review.
