Room was nice. Our coffee maker did not work but great coffee in the office area. Water pressure in room was very low. Awesome restaurant right next door. Overall nice place. Would stay here again.

We wanted to love this place but it was a bit hard to. It’s a tiny upgrade from a motel 6. This place could easily be a Key Largo special secret with just a bit of improvement. Pro’s: Had a small private beach Had a decent bar/restaurant next door Had free bikes, paddle boards. Free parking Mattress was comfortable Cons: Room was beat up, holes, bad patch work, shower had some mold Zero hot water pressure Loud heater/air conditioner Flooring was slippery Customer service could use an upgrade class on friendliness, eye contact and professionalism. A bit of kindness and friendliness goes a long way. Upgrade your shampoo! It totally stripped my hair dye color! The last 3 days of our vacation and my hair color was bleached out and i have dark brown hair!

Definitely an “average” room. Run down, not clean, not worth the price we paid for the room. Staff very friendly, bar adjacent to it (Snook’s) made our night and they offer 10% off for guests at the hotel. Would not stay again. Felt listing was very misleading (photos and descriptions).
