I gave this hotel 1–2 stars mainly because, while the room smelled clean, it was very dusty and noticeably outdated. The shower curtain even had visible mold, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the staff was genuinely friendly, parking was easy, and the tiki bar food was delicious. Breakfast was decent as well. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. This place really needs some serious updates and better attention to cleanliness-especially when it comes to dusting and replacing shower curtains.

The rooms needed some TLC as the furniture was pretty beat up and the showerhead was taped up and could not be adjusted. However, the room was clean and the beds comfortable. Since we weren't spending much time in the room, it was fine. The amenities were great!! A very nice pool, with a terrific tiki bar and restaurant with great food. The complimentary continental breakfast was very nice as well. The marina is beautiful and we totally enjoyed our sta. We would choose to stay here again in the future.

I've been coming to this resort since the 80's so obviously a place I like. That being said, this stay was mediocre at best. The closet doors didn't work and the blinds didn't close all the way. We had some idiots that were partying next door and moving furniture around midnight so no sleeping that night. Everything else was OK. (the breakfast was old pre-made sandwiches) I'll still be back the next time I visit the Keys.

We had a studio suite which fit our special needs for dealing with our scuba equipment. Easy access to Rainbow Reef dive operators and local cuisine. Friendly staff and even had pickleball courts we could have played on if we had time!! Will be back!!

Honestly the staff were kinda rude. Front desk seemed annoyed everytime we talked to them. The room was run down. I will say the a/c worked great. The only elevator was steaming hot! The pool had center blocks and an orange cone in the pool. I would like to say the house keeping staff was amazing. Along with the lady that did breakfast. We left early to find a better hotel. From the first interaction with the front desk I was disappointed and turned off. I was checking in and the lady said nothing but, put you card in the machine. She didn’t even tell me why. I had to ask! The tile floor needs to be regrouted. They have clean the floors so many times the grout is gone and the edges of the tile very sharp. I will say it was clean around the property. It seemed like there is no insulation in the walls we could hear everything the neighbors were doing. Everything!!! Very disappointing. Key Largo itself was amazing.

Amazing place, can’t wait to come back! Incredible grounds, plant life. Great B’Fast (free). Great atmosphere. Dan the Dock Guy was very nice as well. Restaurants all around! “Tourist Boats” right at your door!! Only wish they had nicer stretchy shirts!! Dawson Marine helped out tremendously with our boat, came to the dock-Cole is a super cool guy!!
