Enjoy our recently remodeled 2 bed 2 bath waterfront town home with an open floor plan and relaxing views of the salt water lagoon. The front porch faces west, watch the sunset while you BBQ or eat in from local restaurants. Swim at the beach, lagoon or 2 pools, kids can enjoy the playground, tennis courts, riding bikes, fishing off the point or strolling under the trees throughout the community..

Great pace with great on-site amenities

Multiple pools on-site, great sunsets, and very friendly community. Location was very clean, comfortable, and had great supplies for towels and extras. Away from hustle and bustle with great opportunity to relax. Would definitely stay again.

Nice trip.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Its part of the Kawama Yacht Club complex. Their were a couple pools, and access to the water with some nice views (not really a swimmable beach). The property was clean and the area was quiet. Parking was ok, but if you have more than 2 cars, it would be a problem. Initially we had some challenges with the check in process. Their was some sort of a mix up with VRBO, however, after reaching out to the owner she was very responsive. She worked to resolve our issue, and I was very satisfied with her level of communication and support. Overall the trip was very nice, and our stay was great. The condo itself, was comfortable and though we only stayed for 2 nights, we would have been comfortable staying for longer. This is a very good location, and close to a lot of things. Overall I was happy with this stay.

Great property

Loved the location! Plenty to do and restaurants and shopping nearby for those rainy days (and we did have one) . Small glitch during check in but property manager handled it efficiently (the problem was actually with Vrbo). Only recommendation would be to equip kitchen with a Keurig.

easy to find. Slight mix up with check in, but handled quickly Well furnished. Small second bathroom downstairs, both bedrooms upstairs. Everything you might want to have a good time in the Keys. Very well situated. Only complaint is the after stay clean up routine. I don't like doing the house work and still paying clean up fees.

Hidden Gem

We live fairly close and have frequented KL 2-3 times a year for the past 18 years. This is a hidden gem off the beaten path. The back patio area and lagoon are absolutely beautiful! And it's dog friendly!!

Nice,clean place,lovely location.Very quiet but definitely not for people with asthma and sensitivity to scented cleaning products.This place literally stank of Lisol,my wife couldn't breathe and first night considered sleeping in a car.Horrible,absolutely overpowering and unhealthy.Tere is lots of unscented products on the market that do a good,cleaning job. Guests need to do the laundry!!!!!! Ridicules ,considering how much money we paid to stay two nights.We don't plan to go there again,definitely we want to come back to Key West but new location.

Awesome location

Honestly the place is a little tired but so perfectly located and the prop mgr was nice and communicated well. The lagoon is fun and the jetty is great for fishing and FANTASTIC for snorkeling. And it sounds nuts but was the best snorkeling we did in the Keys. We even caught enough lobsters to eat our lunch!

A weekend in not enough

We needed an extra day. Check in at 4pm and check out at 10am. Didn’t give us enough time to really enjoy all Kawama has to offer. But stay was great!

Cute townhome

Had everything we needed. The golf cart didn’t work we had to push it back to the townhome so we didn’t get to use it but no big deal we made the best of the rest of the time.

Great stay and location

We spent 2 days here on our way back from Key West. The condo was super clean, great amenities with 3 pools, and a swimming lagoo in the middle of the property. There was beautiful seating at the end of the property with tiki huts, fire pits and chairs for watching the sunrise and sunset!! This is a great place to stay. My only issue was getting in touch with the property manager to get check in instructions. She was out of town with no internet service and that made me nervous the day before checking in and no contact from her for 3 days prior when I started emailing. It all worked out once I spoke with her she gave us good information

Beautiful Kawama Townhouse

We absolutely loved our weekend stay in unit F1. Everything was clean and family friendly, plenty of toys for the kids. All the equipment you need for outdoors activities to enjoy all the community has to offer. The bikes were great, for 2 adults & 2 kids. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and enjoying the night view overlooking the lagoon, perfect lighting for relaxing. I highly recommend this townhouse if you’re looking to stay at Kawama. Oh and of course, we had the coolest golf cart in the whole community!

Great getaway

We received this newly remodeled townhouse clean and fully equipped. We had access to kayaks, snorkel gear, fishing rods etc. We truly felt right at home. The location of the townhome within the community is perfect with the Salt Water Lagoon just behind it as well as close proximity to the heated pools. It was a great getaway and we are looking forward to the next time.

Nicely appointed Key Largo townhome.

Nice property with great access to the Atlantic from the onsite marina. House was very clean and well appointed. Close to restaurants by land or sea. The golf cart came in very handy to move around to the different areas of the complex (pool, jetty, Marina, etc)

Relaxed in Largo

Property was perfect for what needed traveling with our dog. Very nice trail around the salt water lagoon to walk our dog. Very dog friendly place. Very nice beach just a short walk away or even closer by the included golf cart. There was a bunch of sea grass washed up all along the keys while we were there making the beach a little inaccessible unfortunately. The condo is close to some very good restaurants, state parks and shopping if needed yet you feel very secluded there. We will definitely be coming back.
