The room was horrible for the price. Room smelled funny when you walked in and we were thinking was a moldy smell that lingered on our clothes even after we left. Tons of water stains on ceiling, pool/ hot tub needed a scrub, rooms overall needed extra attention on the cleaning!!! shampoo container was empty in the shower, pillows were half size. The only plus was the bed was comfortable and breakfast was decent.

It was a great place to stay! We were glad there was onsite parking and a shuttle bus to get downtown every day. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the ocean!

We stayed here for our first trip to Key West. I chose this hotel because of the good reviews and that it had onsite parking. It was clean, staff was helpful and it was a great place to stay. We really appreciated the shuttle bus to get downtown and back every day. We would stay here again.

Posted Feb. 1, 2024 on HotelsOur 24 North stay was incredible. Your Manager was so attentive, professional and customer focused. The staff were pleasant, the facility was impeccable, (clean, organized, helpful staff even the roosters on the property were friendly).
They have a shuttle into town every hour, free drink while you wait, they surprised us with live entertainment by the pool and the 4 facility compound offered endless options of pool, fitness, tiki bars and amenities. We HIGHLY recommend this property to everyone coming down 😊
