The daily resort fees and charges for parking were a complete ripoff! The price charged for the room was high enough without the extra fees! Would not recommend.

The hidden fees get you. I would tell everyone to check out the other properties.. look for do they have free parking? Free shuttle to town without reservations? Daily resort fee ( for what… no one could tell me that). All places in KW are expensive. Just be up front with it… oh and it’s 250/week if you want your pet to come SURPRISE!

Very unhappy with the whole experience, I'm Jim Moler made and paid reservations for 3 king size beds , 3 rooms. When we first arrived, everything was fine, couldn't check in until 4:00 but they held our luggage and confirmed our rooms. We showed up at 5:30 to check in, rooms were no longer available and she tried to charge me 1200.00 again. Then we didn't get king sized beds. Went to check out and again tried to charge me 900.00 to check out, total fiasco. Bar staff were great, food was good but rest of stay was miserable
