Fabulous location - Walk to River Run and Gondola!

Enjoy being walking distance to Keystone resort and River run Village in this 3,000/sf spacious three-story, four bedroom, four bathroom townhome. This Enclave unit has all the comforts of home with Mountain View is from every window. This large term townhome is minutes from everything you need to have a memorable Keystone vacation. 10 minute walk to restaurants, ski/nope snowboard rental, ski school and retail stores with easy access to I 70 and other ski resorts.

Entryway has vaulted space and plenty of room for all your gear. Up the stairs you’ll enjoy a newly remodeled kitchen, open floor plan, a fully stocked kitchen with eat-in bar, dining room, living room, laundry room, full bathroom, and a bedroom. The living room includes plenty of seating, a gas fireplace, balcony with a grill, outdoor dining table and magnificent views of Keystone Resort. The bedroom has a queen bed, en suite bathroom with a bathtub, and a sliding door leading to an outdoor patio with seating.

Upstairs there are three more bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom in the hallway has a queen bed, and a window with a picturesque view of open-space. The second bedroom in the hallway includes a queen bed, large tv, and a trundle for the kiddos. The bathroom is across the hall. has a door to the hallway The third bedroom on the top floor is spacious and has it’s own private bath with a large shower and 2 sinks.

This townhome has a heated 2 car garage with plenty of extra space for your snow or summer gear. There are also 2 outdoor parking spaces.

The kitchen comes stocked with everything you’ll need, including a coffee and tea bar, toaster oven, crock pot, blender, hand mixer, baking and cooking pans, salt, pepper, oil, and seasonings. Each bathroom has a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and plenty of towels.

Community clubhouse includes an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, pool table, ping pong and tennis court. Free shuttle bus picks up nearby.

Best VRBO Ever!

This place exceeded our expectations! Everything was as listed, clean, spacious, conveniently located. The kitchen was stocked with EVERYTHING-- including foil/sandwich bags/coffee/tea etc. We had more than enough linens for 10 people, and everyone slept comfortably. We enjoyed the games and books available for us. The clubhouse pool and hot tub/raquetball were a nice addition, and never busy when we attended after a day of skiing. Conveniently located close to the lifts, you theoretically could walk but it was much easier just to hop in a car with your gear. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent stay!

I was hesitant to book as this was a new listing - and I’m so glad we did! Property owner was incredibly accommodating. Kitchen stocked very well, we cooked at home most evenings. Gas fireplace produced lots of heat. Lots of books and games/puzzles that our family enjoyed using. The leaf for the dining room table made it possible for our family of 9 to eat at comfortably. I can’t recommend enough and we look forward to returning in the future!

A perfect spot for 2 families!

A spacious, fully equipped, perfect place for 2 families. We stayed here for 4 nights and and skied 3 days and it was awesome. The owner is very responsive and made everything super easy for us. One thing I would highly recommend to people coming to ski is to make sure you have a car. The place is right across the road from River Run, but it’s still a 4 lane highway you have to cross to get to the resort, and driving was short and so much easier for skiing. The place has 2 garage spots that left our cars nice and dry and warm. We will be back to this amazing property.

Outstanding family ski lodge

This is an outstanding property located close to all the action at Keystone resort. We had a family group of 5 adults and 2 children stay for around 12 days at Jessica's condo. The space was perfect for us - excellent floor plan and accommodations. The place was spotless when we arrived and many extras like humidifiers, space heaters, fans and extra blankets. We loved the comfort! The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and basics to make our stay wonderful. It even had a complete set of spices available! Our host, Jessica, was communicative and attentive. One minor infrastructure problem was taken care of immediately. The only two facets that rate "need improvement" were the shared pool area, which was in need of updating, and the walk to the River Run base area required crossing a very busy US Highway 6 in a place where there was no marked crosswalk. Overall, we had a great time, thanks to this great place and our host. We will definitely consider coming back again.
