Great Village View & Short Walk to Keystone Base Area! Shared Sauna & Hot Tub

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with queen bed in primary, another queen bed, and a sleeper sofa. It is located on the top floor featuring vaulted ceilings, an updated kitchen and village views. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Arapahoe Lodge offers shared amenities including a sauna and hot tub. Access to Dakota Lodge pool and hot tubs.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off the living area is the private balcony that offers beautiful views of River Run Village.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four. The full guest bathroom is just off of the living area and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination.The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding, a flat screen TV and its own entrance to the private balcony.

Great location. Has everything we needed. The resolution on the LR TV is almost unwatchable. The other TVs were great. A 200 ROKU TV shouldn't be too much to ask for the owner to upgrade. Related to the ski trip...great location, very clean. Would have been a 5 if it weren't for the TV that should have been upgraded 10 years ago.

The condo was great. Great location, very comfortable beds, nicely appointed. Only one drawback, which we found significant. The elevator does not work. From other reviews, it seems that it hasn’t worked in months. The unit is on the 3rd floor. Keystone is at an elevation of 9000 feet.

Spring break snow ski

The location is great. My family had five ranging from ages 17-14 and 12. It was tight with it only having 2 beds. If you use the fold out couch, it takes up the entire family room. Very quiet area. For two bedroom condo in the village at Keystone - My only concern is that the five of us it was tigh t. It was very clean and close to the elevator on the 3rd floor.

Loved the location, in the middle of river run village. Great grocery store right under. Had to call maintenance twice during our stay, once for the heating and once for the dishwasher. Kitchen sink faucet was not secure and kept dripping.

Perfect location with an excellent floor plan. Didn’t worry about disturbing my friend’s sleep, plus everyone had their own bathroom. Quick drive to conference center. Would definitely stay here again.

Can’t beat the kocation

Great experience - clean and convenient location. Making meals at the condo we had to make do with seating for the 4 of us. We made it work! We were only disappointed with our comfort hanging out in the evening. Only a sofa or tall dining chairs. Beds were super comfy.

The property is in an excellent location, and property management did an excellent job communicating with us. It was very clean and very well equipped with property amenities. One couch for 4 people, though, is very uncomfortable, so one person had to sit in a dining room chair, which was not very comfortable. I suggest replacing the large end table with a smaller one and moving the couch down towards the kitchen. That would allow room for a small comfortable chair at the other end of the couch.

Excellent. I’ve stayed in this condo several times. Perfect location facing the courtyard of River Run. Close to everything. Walking Trails, Hiking Trails, Off-Roading, restaurants and of course the Ski Slopes.

Great location

We picked this apartment for the location as is just minutes walking to the Gondola. I loved that is located in the Village so I didn’t have to use a vehicle for anything. I want to thanks the admin to let me park in the garage even thought the apartment was not ready for early check in. That was very helpful as I wanted to ski that day and no parking was available close to the gondola that afternoon. I have no doubt that I will rent this place in the future.
