This is a lodge in the middle of a fairytale. There is easy access to a lot of fun things to do from here. You are within walking distance to connected stores and getting something to eat. Overall, the staff was very courteous and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. We didn't really have any complaints except for having to pay an extra fee for parking every night. I wish that was incorporated into the stay-price because it feels like it's just a way to make you spend as much as they can get out of you. But I get it, it's something that other places do too, so we just learn to accept it. Besides that little issue, we really enjoyed our stay here and felt incredibly welcomed.

Rooms are clean, amenities are great a staff is friendly and will go above and beyond! Just don’t eat at the buckhorn bistro, the service is bad and the food is sub par for the prices. Not sure how this is owned by the same people it’s a night and day experience from the rest of the place.

Room with a balcony that wasn’t even shoveled when we arrived ( it’s been a week since it snowed). No map of where to find the sauna/steamroom… didn’t want to walk outside to find it… signs took us to go outside. Feel like this room should have been half this price
