Convenience, comfort and luxury come together in this stunning 2 bedroom 3 bath condo at the Timbers above River Run! Spread out over nearly 1,400 square feet and enjoy the comforts of this tastefully decorated condo, and the convenience of the luxury amenities. Entering the condo you're greeted by a nice mud area with a bench seat and coat rack perfect for storing boots, jackets, helmets and other bulky gear. This hallway area also has a laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer and a third full bathroom complete with a glass stall shower. You'll be delighted by the airy openness of the main living space. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and even an ice maker and Hamilton beach 12 cup or single serve coffee maker. The huge amount of counter space and unique layout of the kitchen is sure to please the family chef and makes for great entertaining. The dining area is just off the kitchen and features a nice chandelier and a wood table with carved Colorado motifs with seating for 6 with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. 

The living room is equipped with a large sofa, two lovely armchairs, cowhide topped end table, a large coffee table and a flat screen TV that is Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime compatible. You can nestle up to the gas fireplace on the large hearth or watch the babbling Snake River off the main patio.
The primary suite is the real wow factor of this property! Complete with a huge ensuite bathroom, the primary suite features wrap around windows, a flat screen TV, it's own small patio and a king bed! The primary bathroom features a dual sink vanity, large glass stall shower, and a jacuzzi tub that fits two! The guest bedroom is equipped with two sets of twin bunk beds, a flat screen TV, ample storage, and an ensuite bathroom! There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Nestled at the end of an exclusive heated access road, The Timbers is one of the finest condominium residences in Keystone, providing unmatched Ski-In Ski-Out access to Keystone mountain. Enjoy the extensive amenities that The Timbers has to offer, including access to the gorgeous lobby that has a seating area with games, chess, a piano, wet bar with complimentary coffee and tea, and a fireplace. There are ski lockers for convenience and an indoor workout room with a sauna and steam room. Among the best amenities are the indoor-outdoor heated pool, the outdoor hot tub complete with a waterfall, and the outdoor fire pit. The ski bridge on the second floor also makes Timbers a true ski-in ski-out property! Take a leisurely 5 minute walk along the heated brick pathway through the forest, across the bridge over the Snake river, and into the center of River Run village which is full of great pubs, restaurants, shops and coffee houses. There is also a free resort shuttle around the city of Keystone.

The Timbers is bordered on one side by the Snake River, and the other side by the mountain itself - one of only two condos in all of Keystone that can claim this special 'remoteness'. Enjoy the pristine wilderness and pure mountain air while vacationing among the towering pines.

Have stayed in this location, but different unit! Love the location slopeside. The property was nice, but definitely needs new carpeting. The layout was great for 2 and kitchen was well equipped. The mgm't team was very responsive to address a couple small issues.

Great Location, Nice Amenities, but Some Areas Need Updating

We had a great stay at this Keystone condo. The location is fantastic—easy ski-in access made getting on and off the slopes a breeze. The pool and hot tub were great for relaxing after a long day of skiing.The unit itself was functional and had everything we needed, but it felt a bit tired and could use some updates. The gym was a bit disappointing—it’s not separated from the pool area, has only a few older machines, and no free weights.Overall, a solid option for convenience and amenities, but a refresh in some areas would make it even better!

Plumbing trouble but Management treated us right

Our family had an enjoyable stay in Keystone. The ski-in/ski-out location of the Timbers was terrific. Our unit was just as expected; however, the hot water was not working properly. While the plumbing could not be fixed while we were onsite, the property manager made it right with us. Very much appreciate how they treated us.

Great location!

Location couldn’t be better! We loved that we could just ski in and ski out. We enjoyed the hot tub, steam room and sauna. By the end of the day towels run out a lot. It would be nice to have someone replenishing that because a lot of people want to come home from skiing and use the hot tub. We had to drip dry after using the hot tub in the evenings. The carpet really does need to be stretched or replaced. It is waffled in many places. There were hot water issues. Never did get to use the master bathroom shower because it never got to a decent temperature. It was either freezing cold or too cool. Also had water temperature issues with the shower by the front door. It would go cold and then warm. The tub faucet in the second bedroom bathroom was opposite from what it should’ve been. Cold was hot and hot was cold. Just FYI. Could definitely use some pillow toppers on your mattresses. They are all pretty hard. Lastly, the temperature in the entire unit was too warm. We kept turning it down and it didn’t change anything. The thermostats on the wall did not control the temperature.Having said all that, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The location was truly spectacular.

Gave 5 stars because all was great except - no hot water in 2 of the 3 bathrooms and the property management and owner were unresponsive when we inquired on how to fix. At this price point, I think we should have hot water in each bathroom. We shared one shower and even boiled water for a bath!Otherwise, condo, building, and location were perfect.

No response from property management

Overall condo is great and in great location. We purchased food for the week to cook and found out the oven didn’t work. Reported this 2 days in a row to never get a response or repair the entire trip. Unfortunate to be forced to eat out while on a trip all week.

We loved the unit. My only concern is the same as others have posted. The carpet needs to be stretched to lay flat. That was the only concern as everything else was very nice. Large master suite was great although bed little harder than we are used to. The furnishings appear to be high end. Has 2 balconies to enjoy the view.

Perfect, quiet location

Plenty of space for 2 adults + 4 kids, beautiful building, convenient location, easy parking. We would definitely stay here again! Check-in at manager’s office was somewhat inconvenient as we were dependent on shuttle bus for transportation. Carpet in living room needs to be re-stretched or replaced. Otherwise the unit is perfect, and the property manager is extremely responsive and helpful. Thank you SkyRun!!

Property is as good as it gets on the mountain! Perfect for our family. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were a little worn in. Hard to sleep at night when the bunk room beds squeaked. Overall good property, would stay here again!

Well appointed and comfortable!

My daughter and girlfriend all stayed at this facility and could not say enough good about it. The room was very clean and well appointed. We lacked for nothing at all. This is our second time staying and we will be back in the future!

Great spot in River Run

Condo was extremely clean and well maintained. Easy access to River Run Gondola and Summit Express. Ski/In and Ski/Out was easy even with a 5 year old. We would definitely stay here again.

Well appointed condo, stocked with everything you need. Clean, abundance of towels, tissue and other necessities. Appreciated the underground garage-didn’t have to shovel out our car or scrap the windshield!

Wonderful Stay!

We loved this property! We are sad to leave it today. This place is perfect! It’s spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated! To ski in off the slopes you take a hard left turn right at the end of Ina’s Way where it merges with Dercum’s Dash. We had a nice dip right off the slope that would get us most of the way there but we had to pull at the end or walk it, but it’s a very short walk! We came the second week of December and locals have been tellling us the snow hasn’t been this good for YEARS!! Wow! We have been blessed for sure! LOVED it! We’ll be back!
