Enjoy one of Keystone River Run's closest mountain residences within walking distance to the gondola. Our family vacation home is remodeled and updated for our personal use. Stylish and fashionable mountain home has a distinctive contemporary western flair. It is on a custom setting close to River Run, providing you with the perfect getaway for skiing or other mountain activities.
This home features a vaulted great room layout with large view windows and custom leather furniture. You will enjoy resting while watching people ski down the mountain. The gas fireplace will warm you on those winter nights! The two extra large community hot-tubs are just 50 feet from the front door!

Relish the fragrance of pine and wildflowers! Breathing clean, crisp mountain air while enjoying soaking the hot tub. There is a large gas grill on the deck is for your convenience.

Our home offers 3 sleeping areas, 2 bedrooms (California King and double log queen bunk bed), living areas has a couch one could sleep on plus blowup beds as needed. 2 full size bathrooms, master bath has jetted tub. You will be comfortable staying here.
The kitchen has stainless appliances, slab granite counter seating for 3 and a kitchen table seating 6. You will find it stocked with a fine assortment of kitchen gadgets; spices and condiments. We have stocked the kitchen with many essentials for your convenience.
Each room in the house has been carefully designed and decorated featuring high end furnishings, western art and bedroom furniture. The home faces the ski mountain with great views of the ski hill! Enjoy watching people ski down the mountain from the comfort of your Private Western Ski home. Sorry, pets are not allowed.
Walk in just minutes to the enclosed gondola lift for easy skiing and downhill activities. There is night time skiing for the diehards and fireworks on Saturday night on the mountain. For the rest, take the gondola up to a gourmet fondue restaurant or go tubing on the mountain as an added element of fun!
Take a day off skiing and rent a Snowmobile with nearby rental. Savor the beauty of majestic mountains or take in the starry sky night - perfect for a family vacation to Keystone. You can walk to River Run Village, walk to the Snake River Saloon, hike, bike, ski and fish all within minutes. Your family will love it here! We had a great time staying here, the property is easy to get to, had a great kitchen and sleeping arrangements and the location close to the Ski property couldn't be beat for the price! All around great stay and a wonderful weekend.

Great visit. Clean, comfy and convenient.

This home is equipped with all you need for a lovely stay. Comfortable beds, a shortish walk to the gondola and Peru express
although we had a non skier who dropped us off. The walk to gondola is about 1/3 of a mile. The garage is heated and kept our equipment safe and warm. Great communication with the owner . Pretty view from the deck and nice big grill. Nicely furnished and cozy,for relaxing evenings in front of the fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with pretty much everything you need. We would definitely come back again.

Great Keystone condo

We stayed here for a week in February and loved the proximity to the slopes, we could walk or drive and park at the free parking lot with all of our gear. The house literally was steps away from the hot tub and we enjoy being able to park our car inside the garage. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Paul was very communicative with us throughout our stay. We appreciated being able to make most of our meals at home and occasionally would eat out at nearby restaurants and picked up groceries at City Market in Dillon. We also recommend Pioneer sports for ski rentals in Dillon. They were half the price of slopeside rentals. We enjoy playing some of the games while we watched TV by the fireplace in the evening as a family. We were able to drive to the continental divide at Loveland Pass, explore Breckenridge and Vail easily from here. We highly recommend Paul’s home.

Great location!

Perfectly comfortable home away from home!

This is a perfectly positioned condo between the two mountain bases, it was comfortable and well cared for, space for ourselves and all our gear! We did a lot of walking to the nearby eateries and the bases. The surprise loft with another sleeping areas was great to separate the kids a bit! The owner was attempting and kind and we felt this place really suited our needs!

Great set up for 3 guys ski vacation. About 15 minute walk to slope and food/drink. Lime Mexican restaurant recommended. full beds for all. Only downside was WiFi never worked.

Perfect intro to skiing!

This condo was the perfect location for my kids first try at skiing. Short drive to the slopes, but definitely could have walked it. Very comfortable home and Paul was very responsive to all messages. I love that the kitchen had all the necessities including a good selection of spices, sugar, salt
all the basics you hate to buy a ton of for just a couple night stay. We would 100% stay here again!

Favorite Condo in Keystone

We've been skiing Keystone for decades & have stayed in condos in the ski village, Dillon & Silverthorne, & this was iur favorite! Great location, lovely condo, well appounted, very comfortable beds, & great communication!

Lovely Keystone townhome

The condo is updated with attractive furnishings and artwork. We stayed for two months so we appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer, and garage, to store our motorcycle. There are pretty views of the mountainside and it’s just a short walk to River Run village, where there are shops and restaurants. We had one issue with the kitchen faucet which was not resolved quickly. We had to shut off the cold water valve because it was leaking from the base and then the hot water would just dribble out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this condo.

Great spot near keystone

We had a great week staying here. Skiing was just a short drive. It is possible to walk it but not in ski boots. The space was awesome and we had excellent communication with the owner. We would 100% recommend staying here.

Wonderful stay

Pail has a great condo. Condo was an easy walk for our family just down the road to the gondola and ski lift. We utilized the purchase of a daily locker to keep our hiking boots in so we wouldn’t have to wear our ski boots on the walk. Thanks for that info, Paul! The condo was super comfortable. Plenty of room for our family. It was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed! Our daughter loved the loft and the fact she didn’t have to share a room with her brothers!

Great location, super clean and quiet!

Whether you like to ski out of River Run or Mountain House, this is a GREAT place for you. We were close enough to everything without feeling as if we were in a noisy, busy area. The condo is well appointed with everything you might need. Being able to park a car in the driveway and have one in the car was fantastic. I would definitely come here again!

Loved the place
