Once you cross the bridge, youâll find yourself in the center of the Village where restaurants, shops, and the gondola area are all just a short walk away. Shuttle (if you prefer not to walk or have skis/gear): Thereâs a free resort shuttle / local shuttle system operating in Keystone â the stop for River Run Village is very close to The Timbers.

We want your stay to be relaxing, enjoyable, and respectful of our mountain community. Please review the guidelines below:
âą No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property â including the unit, balcony, and all common areas. âą No pets are allowed per HOA rules. âą Quiet hours are 10 PMâ7 AM. Please be especially mindful in hallways, lounge areas, and when using the balcony or hot tub. âą No parties or events without prior approval. âą Registered guests only unless approved in advance. âą Please remove ski boots before entering the unit to protect flooring and reduce noise. âą No glass in or near the pool, hot tub, or outdoor patio areas â plastic drinkware is provided. âą Keep common doors secured behind you for building safety. âą Use luggage carts responsibly and return them to the garage area after use. âą Store all skis and snowboards in the designated ski storage area â not inside the residence. âą Keep balcony doors closed when not in use to avoid wildlife entering the home. âą Treat the property and building amenities with care. Report any issues or damages promptly so we can address them quickly.
Winter Travel: Roads can be icy. AWD/4WD with appropriate tires is strongly recommended.

Wonderful location and building amenities. The condo is clean and modern and the management company gives clear instructions and is quick to resolve any issues that arise.
True ski in/out. Location of unit was exceptional. It is directly across the hallway from workout room and sauna which leads into ski locker. The lobby was lots of fun for our 17 month old granddaughter. She loved to watch us and others play the piano. The dollhouse was a lot of fun for her, too. Being within steps of River Run Village was a great convenience. Unit was well stocked with amenities. Great floor plan and the 3rd bathroom was an unexpected bonus. Lastly, the heated parking garage made snowy days effortless for outings.
Great location! The unit was perfectly clean, and well stocked. We had great response and communication with management! Overall, awesome to be able to ski right in, super easy walk to River Run Gondola and Keystone Village. Hot tub, steam room and sauna in the beautiful lobby were a huge plus!
