This beautifully remodeled townhouse has just completed a full top-to-bottom renovation, offering a completely refreshed, modern, and luxuriously comfortable stay. Enjoy brand-new furniture, stylish contemporary finishes throughout, upgraded appliances, all-new lighting and electrical, and thoughtful touches in every room. The living room and bedrooms now feature a Sonos sound bar with each TV for an elevated entertainment experience.

This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse comfortably hosts up to 7 guests, featuring two king beds and a full over queen bunk bed. Take in stunning mountain views from the large private balcony, and enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and your own in-unit laundry. Ideally located near River Run Village, you’ll be just steps from shopping, dining, local events, and the high-speed gondola. Guests can also enjoy the shared amenities at Red Hawk Lodge, including an outdoor pool and two hot tubs!

At the entryway, plenty of shelving, mounted hooks, and a bench provide easy organization for gear. Upstairs, the main living area offers a mounted flat-screen TV, a beautifully updated stone surround fireplace, and a large sofa—perfect for cozy evenings after a day on the mountain.

The full-sized kitchen features essential cookware and tableware, complemented by brand-new stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six. A full bathroom with a sink and shower/tub combination is conveniently located just off the living area. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The private washer and dryer—with detergent provided—is available on this level in the closet near the stairs.

The primary bedroom occupies the top level and features vaulted ceilings, a king-sized bed with Ivory White bedding, and a mounted flat-screen TV with a Sonos soundbar. The en suite bathroom includes double sinks, a soaking tub with jets, a seperate walk-in shower, and a water closet for added privacy.

Back on the main level, you'll find two additional bedrooms. The second primary bedroom features a king-sized bed with Ivory White bedding, direct access to the private deck, a mounted TV with Sonos sound, and an en suite bathroom with double sinks and a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom offers a comfortable full over queen bunk bed—also with Ivory White bedding—and a TV with Sonos sound.

This newly remodeled, modern, and welcoming space is designed for relaxation, convenience, and a truly elevated mountain getaway.

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

Absolutely beautiful! The location was perfect for walking to the slopes. The view and the amenities were lovely. We enjoyed the hot tub, steam room and pool in the evenings. Wonderfully decorated and furnished. Top of the line everything. Loved our stay!

Nice place, process isn’t easy

No early check in or extended check out. Made it difficult with little kids. Checkin is weird, at another location. Place was nice, but directions made it hard to find. Impersonal management company.

Spacious Townhome

This townhome worked perfectly for our family of 4 and 3 friends. It was walkable to the ski lift/gondola and the River Run village where we were able to meet up with friends for meals and get our ski rentals.

Family vacation

There were enough plates, cups, utensils, towels, and hangers for 9 people including 3 kids. Check in was easy and wifi was working great. One of the gas burner was not working and one of the blinds in the main sitting area was broken so we could get enough natural sunlight! Also there was no wall clock, which is not a big deal, but we wished there was one. Water pressure on the top level was pretty low so it took some time to take a shower. Outdoor Hot tub/ swimming pool was so full when we swung by so we were not able to use. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Great home away from home

We enjoyed this property during a recent ski trip to Keystone. There was plenty of room for our group of two adults and two teenagers. It was nice to have the space on the first floor to leave boots and gear. The kitchen was big and well equipped, loved the gas stove. It was nice to have a huge TVs and fireplace in the living room. It did seem warm in the condo at night, but there are fans in the closets that could be used. Master suite on the third floor was spacious. It was quite a walk between condo and the hot tub/pool, but there is a restroom at the pool and you can change back into clothes during the cold weather to walk back to the condo. We did have to shovel out snow from the parking space for the condo for our unit so a shovel might not be a bad idea.

It was very roomy and clean. The pool was heated. It is very close to the gondola. The grounds were very nice. We loved the fire place, the hot tub, and the appreciated the games and movies in the unit. My only disappointment was that the description said that we were supposed to have a garage with heated floor and we did not. My husband drove his motorcycle due to this information and we did not have a garage.

Had a blast. ....there are dust bunnies on the fan in the living room that are thick and quit long...fan hasn’t been cleaned in years...kinda funny cause the rest of the place was immaculate. :) Thanks for a great vacation and sharing your home.

Great break from Pandemic

Convenient to River Run Gondola, albeit a bit of a walk. Nice space for a group (we were 9) of friends/family. The property was clean and well equipped. The managment company communicated very effectively with simple check-in and out processes. I would stay there again.

We really enjoyed this townhome and our stay here. We ran into some issues with check-in and the cleanliness of the property but Covid had ravaged the management companies cleaning staff but they were quick to take care of us any issues. It is in a great location and gave us close access to the local ski areas.

Great Location

Enjoyed our family stay for Christmas, great location, and property met our expectations. However, some of the blinds were broke, lighting in the living room is poor, and one of the lights in the main floor bedroom bath was not working properly. Cookware also needs replacing, it is frustrating to pay for a nice place and have worn out teflon pans that are dangerously unusable. This place could easily be rated 4-5 stars by working on some of the issues listed above.

Spacious townhome
