Top Floor River Run Condo w/ Private Balcony Overlooking Shared Amenities!

This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom top floor condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and a queen Murphy bed. It features a private balcony that overlooks the pool and hot tub. Vaulted ceilings. The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Expedition Station offers shared amenities including a pool and a hot tub.

The entryway has mounted hooks and bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area has a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and a brand new queen-sized sleeper sofa. Near the living room is a queen-sized Murphy bed that can be pulled out at night for additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. The large floor-to-ceiling windows and slider door provide lots of natural light. The private balcony overlooks the courtyard including the shared pool and hot tub.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four and there are two extra chairs. The guest bathroom is located just off of the living area and features a pedestal sink and shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed with a memory foam mattress and Ivory White Bedding. There is a mounted flat screen TV. The primary bathroom has double sinks and a shower/tub combination.

*Please note the Expedition Station HOA will begin charging $8 a day for parking starting November 1st, 2025*

The room was beautiful with vaulted ceilings and very clean. The host was responsive to all my messages. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, heated pool, and pool table amenities on site, as well as the fireplace in the unit itself. Wonderful stay for our family! We loved having two bathrooms and a private bedroom for mom and dad.

Cozy and updated unit

The space was clean and most of the amenities worked as described. We appreciated having the murphy and sofa bed. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were easy to locate. The kitchen was equipped with anything you could need to cook or fix a drink. The fireplace worked flawlessly and the temperature in the unit was very comfortable. The property manager needs to fix the hot water in the shower outside the living area (it only got up to lukewarm so we all had to shower in the master bathroom) and the hairdryer in the master bathroom did not work.

DO NOT STAY HERE

This was advertised as a 2 bathroom. The second bathroom has no hot water. We kept getting the excuse it’s a whole building broiler causing the issue which is not true. Water was hot in main bath and sink the entire time, never hot in second bath. Many other reviews mention this, which I did not see until we arrived to no hot water. They offered me 100 credit if I sign a gag order promising not to review the property which is even more wrong trying to trick others. If you need two bathrooms DO NOT rent this unit!!!! Also non working shower shares a wall with house keeping wash room which could be why there is no hot water in that bathroom.

Lovely Place for Family Ski Trip

Our family of 5 enjoyed our holiday ski trip at Expedition Station! Our condo was cute & comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed. I appreciated how thoughtful they were with space solutions - we were able to comfortably sleep 5 even though it’s a 1-bedroom. The walk to the gondola was short, making this location excellent for families that want to be able to ski off and on easily throughout their stay.

Great Spot & Accessible to Everything

We really enjoyed the location of Expedition Station- and the underground parking since the Keystone visitor lot fills up quickly. We were talking distance to everything we needed and enjoyed exploring the restaurants and shops after skiing. We like to stay in Keystone Village because the Ski & Ride school is close and its a quick walk to the Gondola. The unit itself was nice and tidy. We used the fireplace daily and also used the murphy bed. This was a great size for our family of 3 (2 adults, 1 child age 6).

Fantastic location - 2 mins walk to ski lessons and gondola..

Really comfortable condo and the bed was wonderful. We absolutely loved being able to walk 2 mins to River Run. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook.

Place worked out great

When we checked in there was a dirty towel still hanging in the bathroom on the door. We also found a vacuum in the closet and had to re-vacuum the condo. There was also a knife that had been used it was back in the butcher block. Other than that the place was great!

Perfect for ski weekend!

This was perfect location for our family of 5 (three teens) for a ski weekend. It is an easy 1/4 mile walk to gondola, next to the River Run Restaurants & shops. The condo was very clean, well stocked kitchen for our needs and just as described. It was great there was a locker to store skis! Perfect for a 4 day ski trip.

Great Location for a quick trip

I came here with a couple friends and we were very comfortable. For a quick 3 day trip this location is great. We were able to walk from our condo to the ski lifts (5 min walk) and also to all the shops and restaurants in the village resort. The condo had everything we needed to cook one of the nights. I would recommend this place for sure.

Great vacation spot!

The condo was great!! This unit is such a great location and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The size was perfect for me, my husband, and our 2 grown children. A bonus was that the unit came equipped with humidifiers, which we used in both the living room and bedroom. Those were a life saver. I really can't say enough good things about not only the customer service of the property management, but also the unit itself was awesome. We will definitely stay here again!

Good family spot

We had a great experience at this property. They had everything we needed for a family of 5 in the unit including enough towels to last with swimming and showers the 4 nights :) The pool was clean and comfortable and we all also enjoyed the hot tub.
