Everyone finds a spot fast: parents in the primary suite with private full bath, kids in the guest room - which even has a desk for holiday homework - beside the second full bath, and one more on the living-room sofa sleeper for a total of six. The gas fireplace and TV make snow-day afternoons easy.

The kitchen's stainless appliances and generous counters handle everything from pancake breakfasts to spaghetti nights, and the round dining table gathers the whole crew. Children's toys in the unit and a playground nearby are welcome bonuses for the littlest skiers.

Between ski sessions the Springs building is its own playground: cannonballs in the heated outdoor pool, hot tub soaks for sore legs, and pool-table showdowns in the game room. When the lifts open, you're minutes from first chair. Lock in your dates at Springs 8822 and give the family a true ski-village winter.

Free parking for one vehicle is available in the shared garage; a parking permit is provided in the unit and must be displayed.
