The large living area features a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, and windows that capture the west-facing mountain and ski area views. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can enjoy your meals from home, and the dining table seats 6 people comfortably with an additional 4 seats at the breakfast bar. The private balcony boasts stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The private washer and dryer are just down the hallway for you convenience. The spacious primary bedroom features a king sized bed, flat screen TV, en suite bathroom, and a fireplace to cozy up in front of after a long day on the slopes. The second primary bedroom features a queen sized bed, flat screen TV, and an en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom features two twin sized beds. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests. Take advantage of Frostfire's outdoor hot tubs with spectacular views of all the Keystone slopes and Buffalo Mountain! Enjoy a summer grill out and lounge on the deck. This condo is in a great location and is just a short walk to the slopes. Enjoy the Keystone Bike Path which is steps from your condo.

Frostfire!!! Our second time to stay in these condos in keystone. Location is fantastic! Accommodations are just perfect! This unit has a wonderful view of the ski mountain. We woke up one morning to see a moose just outside! Fantastic! We will come back!

Spacious condo with definite 80’s vibe. Please be aware the bed situation is not as listed (unless they updated Aug. 2025) condo has 1- king, 1-queen and 2 twins. Management Co is very responsive to a few issues we encountered. They seem to truly care about your stay. My granddaughter loved the fairy gardens around the complex.

Great location with large space, very outdated property

My husband and I rented this for our family for the weekend. (5 adults) The location was great, about a 15 minute walk through the path to the mountain. The space layout was great and bedrooms were roomy. Plenty of space. They provided 2 parking passes although the property sleeps 8. The coffee pot was a joke. You would have to make 3 pots of coffee to cover 4 people drinking coffee because it was more set up for 2 people than 8. It was a hotel size coffee pot. Pots and pans were space to cook with. (We brought up our crock pot and our own food to cook). The paperwork they left with all the numbers for people to call was outdated. The property manager that I spoke with was clueless and said he hadn’t been managing the property for over 5 years. The number for VRBO assistance said they were closed for after hours and to leave a message. The number AND email address to the owner, I reached out both ways, were not correct. The person I got on the phone was the previous owner from over 3 years ago. She did try to walk me through assisting with my issue. The issue was the only heat they had was 2 fireplaces. One in the master suite which worked great. The other was in the living room and wouldn’t turn on. I left a message with the after hours number and when they called back over 1 1/2 later they told me that it was not an emergency issue. Really? Not an emergency? We just got there for the weekend, the only heat was the living room fireplace and snow was expected that night.

Very spacious yet cozy - feels like home! The mattresses may be about ready to be replaced (especially the two twin beds). We couldn't get the gas fireplace to turn on in the living room, but we also did not contact Sky Run to help with the problem (the place was plenty warm). We will definitley rent again.

Great space and location

My friends (ages 40+) stayed here for our annual ski trip reunion, and this condo had everything we were looking for. Each room was spacious and we loved having our own bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped for all of our cooking need and the laundry facilities was great so we weren’t traveling back with dirty clothes! Yes, it’s an older unit, but very spacious living room with a great TV and cable, and WI-FI was great. Some other reviewers commented on the long walk from the Peru lift, but it’s a fairly easy 5 minute walk that we preferred to anything else. And the hot tub was never busy for us, which was fantastic after a great day of skiing. Overall we each said we’d stay here again.

Great location

We were grandparents with our daughter's family of 2 boys. The spaces was perfect for us and we walked to Mountain House and River Run if we were in snow boots. It was to far if we had ski boots and gear. It was warm and cozy. We would stay there again.

Good for price

The condo was clean and decently stocked. There were not a lot of plates or extra spices but the basics were there. The hot tub was not working during our stay, which was disappointing. We didn’t find it “walking distance” from the lifts in ski boots, but snowboarders were able to walk. We had a good time and it was a nice property.
