Families appreciate the cool colors and design of this two-story, 1,102sf condo with upstairs loft. Touches include a furnished lanai overlooking the swimming pool, open kitchen, air conditioning, ceiling fans, DVD, WiFi, flat screens and a washer/dryer. Sleeps 6 in 1 Queen, 2 Twins and 1 Sofa bed.

On 15 tropical acres across from Kamaole Beach Park III, our one- two- and three-bedroom suites feature full kitchens and washers/dryers. Stay active with tennis courts, swimming pool, jet spas, barbecue grills and weekly Mai Tai party.

Family vacation

Beautiful resort property. Wonderful staff. Special thanks to staff Ara. Great location to many beaches. Unit is fairly worn but we only slept there. The beds were comfortable. The twin beds were in the bedroom on the main floor and the queen bed was in the loft which was different in the pictures shown. A/C was great to have as well. Balcony offered lovely views of the gardens, pool area, distant ocean view. Enjoy the BBQs on the property for some evening family dinners. Assigned parking outside the building was great. Easy check in and check out. Easy walk to Kam3 beach and park. Staff let us borrow some beach chairs as there were none in the condo. Towels for the pool were provided. We had a wonderful first time family vacation to Maui. Thank you!

Great location

Just across the street from Kamaole Beach Park III. Easy to walk to restaurants. Property was clean and has a parking spot. The upstairs bed was hard on my joints, and the upstairs was hot most days (the a/c did not travel up there). The downstairs bedroom started nice and cold. The Internet was not fast enough to support three people working remote, and frequently cut out.

Nice condo in Kihei

Unit in Kihei is in a great location close to the beach and local restaurants and shopping. We went in December and had great sunset views off the ocean from the patio of the unit. Unit was comfortable with two rooms; the loft was on the 2nd floor and was a bit hot with no AC unit and the downstairs unit struggling to cool the upstairs. Kitchen contained all basic utensils, pots, pans and dishes, but no condiments (ie. salt, pepper, oil, spices, etc.); so bring/buy your own. Unit came equipped with 4 beach chairs and enough beach towels for us to use. We asked for a late checkout and the property charged an extra $100 to do so.

Great. Location

Everything was exceptional with just a few inconvenience’s. We were were a party of five , tw o adults and three children. We only had. Towels for 4. Didn’t realize until the first night when everyone needed a towel. However housekeeping brought additional towels next morning after they opened at 9 am. Faucet for tub/shower on first floor was broken, very difficult to turn on so myself and kids could. Not operate it.

Awesome stay, on an awesome property, in an awesome location!

We've stayed at the Kamaole Sands multiple times and their consistency to provide a welcoming environment, beautifully maintained grounds, and enforcement of resort rules are above expectations. The staff is friendly, the pool is great, the location is just across a beautiful beach, eateries are down the street, and if you're a runner, the route either way outside the resort is awesome. My family and I will definately be back.

Great location and view

Our flight got canceled and we got lucky to get this unit at the last second. Great view and love the location. Unit air condition unit is a little old and beach chairs are pretty old as well. But to get this unit at the last second was amazing and we got an extra 5 days on Maui, so we were very happy.
