Ma'alaea Surf, Unit C1 is deluxe in every sense. C1 is a conveniently located ground floor unit, just steps from the small pool. This unit is splendidly furnished. It features, central AC, Wi-Fi, TV, fully furnished kitchen, convenient parking, tennis and pickleball, with washers and dryers on property.

Enjoy ocean front outdoor living on your large private patio (lanai) with enough seating for 6. The beautiful beaches fronting the property offers not only spectacular views but also outstanding swimming, snorkeling and kayaking and are perfect for leisurely walks or jogging. The maximum occupancy allowed in this unit is 6. All units at Maalaea Surf are non-smoking.

Our property is NOT impacted by the recent news regarding potential short-term rental (STR) restrictions in Maui. Because we are zoned as a hotel property, we are exempt from the County of Maui's proposed STR regulations.

Excellent location! Less than 20 mins from airport. Close to pool and ocean. Everything needed in the kitchen. Good toilet paper - I hate when places go cheap on the toilet paper, haha. Mostly clean. We would absolutely stay here again.

Very Nice place on the water. Plenty of room for our family of four. The unit and the grounds were well maintained. We enjoyed the central location for our daily excursions, although you had to travel 5-10 minutes by car to get to the main area of town.. Over all very nice..

Just perfect

We were so delighted with everything. Our view from the Lanai was stunning. Our bed so comfy. The kitchen so well equipped. And even an Ice maker!! Two lovely pools. Our beach front amazing. Five minute walk to the best Hawaiian shave ice and coffee with bakery. Couldn’t get enough of the banana chocolate cream pie!!

We also experienced some problems with ants that took almost our whole stay to get under control.

Nice to be in a low-rise building! Furniture was comfortable, attractive, efficient, easy to move as necessary. Great open gathering space. We loved it!

Grounds very clean & so easy to get to other units that other family were staying in. The refrigerator wasn't working correctly the management responded quickly and let us place our food in another unit's refrigerator until the fixed it. They even gave us an unexpected refund for our inconvenience.

C-1 is an end unit with no one above you and high ceilings. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped and beach chairs, a cooler and sand toys are stored in the closet.The landscaping at Ma'alaea Surf is stunning and the low density makes this resort quite special. We'll be back!

Clean,great Location but the unit needs some updates

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Grounds and complex are beautifully kept. Individual units are separately owned and our unit needed some updating. it was clean and the property management company was great.
