It features, central AC, Wi-Fi, TV, fully furnished kitchen, convenient parking, tennis and pickleball, with washers and dryers on property.

Enjoy ocean front outdoor living on your large private patio (lanai) with enough seating for 6. The beautiful beaches fronting the property offers not only spectacular views but also outstanding swimming, snorkeling and kayaking and are perfect for leisurely walks or jogging. The maximum occupancy allowed in this unit is 6. All units at Maalaea Surf are non-smoking.

Great location

Excellent location! Less than 20 mins from airport. Close to pool and ocean. Everything needed in the kitchen. Good toilet paper - I hate when places go cheap on the toilet paper, haha. Mostly clean. We would absolutely stay here again.

Just perfect

We were so delighted with everything. Our view from the Lanai was stunning. Our bed so comfy. The kitchen so well equipped. And even an Ice maker!! Two lovely pools. Our beach front amazing. Five minute walk to the best Hawaiian shave ice and coffee with bakery. Couldn’t get enough of the banana chocolate cream pie!!

Wonderful stay in Kihei!

This property is amazing with just steps to the beach outside your condo. It is perfect with kids since there are pools and beach all right in front of you! The property manager Malaea was so kind and very easy to get ahold of. Highly recommended!

Beautiful property with easy access to beach and swimming

My family of 5 adults stayed at this property for 5 lovely days. The resort is beautiful with a beach for walking and swimming just a few steps from the lanai. The pools are warm and clean. Plus, the outdoor shower is great for a quick rinse after swimming in the ocean. The lawns and flowers of the resort are kept up by the most meticulous gardeners. The view from the lanai is the ocean and beach. Plus, being on the ground floor was perfect to walk directly to the beach from the lanai. Also, the "farmers market" that is a short walk down the beach is a great place to get local vegetables, fruits, homemade bagels, and other goodies make in Maui. I would say the only think we found disappointing was the dated and somewhat shabby condition of the condo interior. There was a tile in the bathroom that had fallen off the wall and was just set against the wall. The master bath of which there is no photo, was stained and clearly needed an update. The sleeping arrangements are fine for 4, but the couch as a sleeper is not an option for an adult as it's really uncomfortable. The owners could take care to do a few upgrades or show pictures to clearly help people know what to expect. I would certainly go back to the resort, but may look for a different condo to stay in.

Nice place

Very Nice place on the water. Plenty of room for our family of four. The unit and the grounds were well maintained. We enjoyed the central location for our daily excursions, although you had to travel 5-10 minutes by car to get to the main area of town.. Over all very nice..
