Palms at Wailea #205 is a fully remodeled, 2 bedroom / 2 bath unit with a tropical garden view, with a partial ocean view from the lanai and living room. Located on the ground floor, this spectacular condo has a fully equipped kitchen, Cable TV, complimentary wireless internet, washer / dryer, and ceiling fans throughout. There are two king beds and a sofa bed. Stay cool during the summers with the powerful split system units in every room. Palms at Wailea #205 is the perfect fit for those seeking luxury! Enjoy the large soaker bath in this relaxing atmosphere. The unit is meticulously maintained, and built with only the most quality materials and options. Unit sleeps 6.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.

The fabulous Keawakapu Beach is just a short 10 minute stroll from the Palms at Wailea. This beach is world famous for its great snorkeling and long walking beach. The Palms at Wailea is a gorgeous property; lush with tropical landscaping. There is a large pool and hot tub that is perfect for sunbathing and has a magnificent view of the ocean from the pool area. We are pleased that our properties at the Palms at Wailea have been chosen to be featured in the number 1 selling book "Maui Revealed" and their website. These properties were chosen because of their superior quality and great rates!
** Important Notice: The pool area will be closed Sept. 15-18, 2026, for annual maintenance. The nearest white sandy beach is a short 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk from the Palms at Wailea entrance. **

Couldn't ask for more

Loved our stay here. The location is perfect between Wailea and Kihei. Condo was clean and spacious- the complex is beautiful and fairly quiet. Plenty of condos nearby to accommodate a larger group size. Love the lanai with chairs- we spent a ton of time out there and appreciated the ability to open up windows and doors to the outside. Loved having a kitchen and our favorite was the closest with beach supplies. Would love to come back and stay.

Moldy air conditioner

Unit was great until my kids felt sick, sore throats and complained of weird smells in their guest bedroom. After investigating, the guest bedroom air conditioning unit had a ton of mold inside and smelled. I didn’t know until after 4 nights and then felt really bad I let my kids sleep in this room. It would’ve been perfect, but Health and safety is.a priority that was not met

Perfect vacation condo

Palms at Wailea is a gem and this condo was absolutely perfect. We also read that the owners were donating 2024 profits to help victims of the Lahaina wild fires which is extremely generous and commendable. Our experience was top notch all the way around. Beautiful condo - great Location

This condo was just perfect for our family - 4 adults and 2 kids! Our kids slept on the sofa bed and there was still plenty of space for us to use in the main living area. The BBQ and lanai were a treat and we loved that we could see the ocean peek through the palm trees from there as we ate dinner! Proximity to the pool was ideal. We were close to the main entrance to the Palms but never heard much road noise! A beautiful space to call home for 9 days! Thanks for the stay!

The pictures were true to what you get. The only picture missing was the one of their “beach closet”, it was great! Had about 5 chairs, snorkeling gear, plenty of towels, umbrellas, noodles for pool, sand toys for kids, I mean this closet was a great hit with our family! The kitchen was a great size and was fully equipped! It even had a cabinet with spices and cooking oil! Wow! Sofa turns into a bed. I mean, this was the perfect place for us. A beautiful spacious unit!

We have stayed at Palms @ Wailea before and this unit was perfect. It was very clean, the decor was beautiful and the layout was great. We also appreciated the beach things (Tommy Bahama chairs, etc) and the toiletries and kitchen needs were there (foil, saran, sugar, etc). It was also very close to the pool and quiet.

We loved our stay at this condo. It was a terrific location from which to explore the beautiful island of Maui. Almost everything we needed was there for us
.beach chairs, umbrellas, kitchen appliances
.all of it. The only thing missing was a cooler to take to the beach but we got around that, no problem! The only negative wasn’t related to the condo itself but the property. While there was a very nice pool, that was about it for amenities. There wasn’t a lot to do if you were just hanging out. With all that said, we would definitely recommend this condo.

Everything was as expected and presented and the Palms are a really nice development. We enjoyed our state and are already talking about when we might return. We ran into an issue with respect to the Wi-Fi and the router had to be replaced in our unit. L. Notwithstanding that the owner was very helpful, the Wi-Fi signal and connectivity was poor making it difficult to you work remotely as I had intended. More nuisance than anything, as we didn’t come to Hawaii to be on the Internet. I was also disappointed that there was not sufficient toilet paper and paper towel supplied to the unit for the entirety of our stay. We had to buy more halfway through our trip. In my experience, when staying in a unit like this it is in the owners best interest to provide every cleaning supply to help your renters maintain cleanliness. Almost all of the other supplies were available (laundry, dish detergent). Overall not the end of the world, but feedback nonetheless.

Spectacular!

Truly enjoyed staying at this property! Very clean, comfortable, and modern decor. The grounds at the Palms was absolutely beautiful from the pool to walkway leading to streets to beach access. Area is close to restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Drive to various tours not far, even those we booked in Lahaina, it was a pleasant and scenic drive ( approximately 45 min). The condo is equiped with beach chairs umbrellas, wave boards, and towels for guest's convenience, which came in very hand on the days we ventured out to different beaches. That accommodation much appreciated! The patio very comfortable, quiet , and able to see the ocean to some degree as we had breakfast in the mornings. We,ve stayed in various condos and homes around the world, and this place is definitely going on our "favorites" list! Highly recommend staying here! Everything was perfect!
