Beautiful location and views, comfortable bed and a decent dinner and breakfast. But the highlight of our stay was Alex at the front desk. Warm, welcoming and superior customer service!

We were surprised to find out we had to pay $10 to park in a huge lot, with no cars. But that is our fault for not reading fine print somewhere. The problem was with a dog in the room next to us that barked for HOURS. When we called the front desk, they said it wasn't quiet hours, so there was nothing they could do. Disappointing that another guests irresponsible dog ownership ruined our stay at the hotel.
