Early/late season trail conditions are weather-dependent, and neither the host nor property manager is responsible for these conditions. Reservations cannot be canceled due to weather or lack of snow. For up-to-date trail information, visit the Killington Resort website before booking. Your dates may fall under early/late season rates.
âą Private Shuttle Services: In partnership with Ski On Ski Off Killington, we provide private shuttle services to the ski lifts and town for an additional fee. Contact us for details.
âą Rental Agreement: Guests must e-sign and return our written rental agreement.
âą Hot Tub: The hot tub is included for peak ski season weekends (late December to mid-March). For all other periods, there is an optional $195 setup fee. You understand that use of the hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property manager harmless.
âą Guest Occupancy: Do not exceed the agreed guest occupancy. Over-occupancy will result in immediate eviction and fines.
âą Minimum Rental Age: Guests must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
âą Shoes: Please do not wear shoes inside the house.
