Checking in was slow. Furnishings are old.

Not cleaned very well but allowed animals. Not sure why you have to pay a pet deposit when other people in the motel smoked weed. Not worth what was paid.

As per the hotel policy we charge 20 per pet par night when the guest check-in with pet. I am very confident that non of our Non-smoking rooms contains smoking smell. If guest smokes outside in the parking area, we could not resist them. I apologize if you feel smoking smell out side in the premises. Pricey, but no other options. Staff friendly.

Overpriced but the only motel on in King, NC I could find. Lady at check in nice. She gave me the best room she had. Educated me that I would need to hold the toilet handle down to flush as she handed room key. (Guessing past guest reported issues.) Parking was great right outside my room. Outside of motel older but clean. People hanging outside rooms upstairs listening to music. A little loud but once in room with tv on I didn't notice. Room appeared freshly painted. Paint splatter on floor and on extremely old furniture. Smoking room small but appeared clean. No odors, No trash cans, (weird) TV and remote worked, Bathroom good size appeared clean. Bed sheet had yellowing/darkened stains but appeared washed. Bed was very comfortable. (personal mattress protector between me and motel sheet) Water pressure was fine. Second shower in am had zero hot water. Floor in room filthy for towels used as barrier between my feet and floor was disgusting. Fridge and microwave clean. Air/heat worked. I saw no bugs. Just to sleep, it served its purpose.

Manager was rude and did not have reservation despite confirmation. Grounds and hotel were disgusting and in desperate need of upgrading and repair. Thin walls and noisy.

I think you haven't stayed at Days Inn-King. If you stayed with us you might have different view.My record showing that you haven't stayed here during last month.Our hotel is upgraded since last year. We have new door locks. All rooms, Walkways are painted recently, we have installed platform beds etc.Reviews from the genuine guest are always appreciated and always helpful to us for improving our services. Thanks.

Very close to highway, fast food restaurants and gas stations.
