This remodeled Kingswood Village condo comfortably sleeps 8 adults with its 3 bedrooms, an open loft sleeping area and 2.0 bathrooms. Home features internet access, flat screen TV with streaming capabilities, new kitchen appliances, granite countertops, wood burning fireplace and two decks; one with an electric grill.

The entry level houses two bedrooms, one with private deck, a full bathroom and the laundry area. The first bedroom is nice and bright with a Queen Bed. At the far end is the master bedroom which has a Lodge Pole California King Bed, and a ROKU TV, as well as a private deck.

The main level features a new kitchen with hardwood cabinets, granite counters and breakfast counter open to the dining and living areas. A stone wood burning fireplace, full bathroom and deck with electric grill complete this level of the Kingswood Mountain Fun Getaway.

The third level of the home is an open loft overlooking the living area below. This sleeping are has a Pyramid bunk with a full on bottom and a twin up top.

Community features pool, kiddie pool, sauna and tennis courts in summer and a year round exercise facility. Condo is just 1 mile to downtown Kings Beach or 5 miles to Northstar California.

Owners really provide for nearly everything

So fun and so great. Short drive from Safeway and prices aren’t so bad if you give them your phone number at checkout and apparently that’s all it takes to get “member” pricing. The bed in the bedroom by the door was miserably hard and no pillow top either. All the other beds were great. The loft was so fun for our 7 year old. Windows everywhere and such a great view no matter which way you look. We did encounter a pretty big bear while trying to throw away the rest of our trash but he was busy trying to break in to a dumpster nearby. We took lots of pics from our vehicle of him.

Tahoe Family Reunion Spot

Had what we needed for a fun week of family activities. Kings Beach was equidistant between Incline Village and Tahoe City. Small gym between the men’s and women’s saunas behind the pool was convenient. Kitchen was well stocked for pots and pans. A slightly roomier living area would have been nice but it had everything we needed and was nestled in beautiful redwoods.

Great location

Location is great. King's beach area is central to lots of different areas. Bedrooms are great. The downsides were: 1) the dining room and living room are one area and a little cramped, 2) there's a 100 yard walk from parking to the condo, 3) walls are thin, and 4) no shampoo. Still overall, we enjoyed the location.

Very large, nice condo in Kings Beach

Very large condo in Kings Beach - 3 BD. Clean, well-equipped, but in need of new towels and bedsheets. Quiet, very nice condo complex in Kings Beach, but because there are numerous condo buildings, this specific condo was initially difficult to find. Make sure you stop by the main entrance first where there is a map of the whole complex, and where you can locate the number of the building. There are also some small needed repairs throughout the condo, such as the closet doors or the showers heads that need to be fixed, as long as the property management charges renters for any damage.
