This end unit offers floor-to-ceiling windows with forest views, a well-equipped kitchen, and access to year-round outdoor activities and adventures. Return to this restful retreat and relax next to the fire after a day at the lake or the ski resort.

Located just 1 mile from the beach & 7 miles from Northstar, this is the perfect central location to explore every corner of N. Lake Tahoe.

THE SPACE
★ This end-unit townhome is located at a secluded and quiet portion of the Village, tucked into the trees.

★ The first level of this home features one king bedroom with a private deck, one queen bedroom, and one full bathroom.

★ The kitchen, living room, a queen bedroom, and a full bathroom are on the second floor.

★ The top floor features a loft with a pair of twin beds and a kids' cubby area which has toys and a fold-out bed.

★ Living room has a gas fireplace.

★ The space comfortably sleeps 8 in beds. There is also a fold-out couch in the living room, a fold-out mattress in the loft, and a Pack n Play in the Kings bedroom for babies/toddlers.

★ Kitchen has Non-Stick Pots & Pans, 2 Coffee Makers, Tea Kettle, Blender, Toaster, Strainers, Baking Dishes, Cookie Sheets, Eating Utensil, Cooking Utensils, Wine/Can Openers, Pizza Cutter, Salad Bowls, Serving Dishes, Dish Soap, Dishwasher Detergent, Paper Towels, Trash Bags.

★ Bathrooms have Bath Towels, Hand Towels, Shampoo, Body Wash, Toilet Paper.

★ Two baby gates and a baby booster seat are also available.

★ There are 3 stand-up fans to help with warm weather but there is no Air Conditioning in the house.

GUEST ACCESS
★ Guests have private access to the entire home and patio, plus shared outdoor space to explore and shared fitness room (1 treadmill, 1 bike, 1 elliptical) and shared sauna (5:30am to 9:00pm).

★ Weather permitting, a swimming pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day), bocce ball court, tennis courts, and basketball court are available as well (equipment is not provided).

★ Parking spaces for the townhouses are 100 feet from the unit. All spaces are uncovered, unassigned and do not require a permit.

Woodsy Retreat

This house was great, there was enough space for everyone and it was very clean. Only downfall was that there is no blender available, and on the day of checkout the cleaning service came in and wanted to start cleaning while we were still in the house. The confirmation email stated that checkout was at 11 am and the cleaning crew unlocked the door and walked in at around 10:20 am and asked if they could start cleaning. We asked if it was ok to wait because we had not gathered all of our belongings yet and explained that checkout was at 11. The lady that walked in changed her tone and said that we were supposed to be out by 10 am. I explained that the confirmation email said 11am and asked if she would like to see it, she said "no" and that her husband was the owner of the place, I once more explained that we would be out by 11 and finally she backed off and said she would call her husband. We were out of the house by 11, however going back and forth with this person made us feel rushed and as if we were doing the wrong thing and somewhat ruined the end of our stay at this house. Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else.

One of my favorite parts of the vacation

The pricing was fair and really good for the state of the place. Very clean and cozy, the beds felt incredibly soft and was easy to sleep in compared to other places i've stayed at before. The communication was also amazing. The owner replied in seconds and was very kind. Great place!

Friend get together

We were in Sparks for a concert and extended our stay in your property for one night. Would have liked to get in sooner to be able to use the pool. Maids were not there until 3:10 and left at 4 when we were going in. The screen door on the upper level did not function correctly. Other than that we had no issues and would probably look into renting again in the future.

Great for ski week!

We (couple with 2 kids, 10 and 14 yo) had an awesome time at this lovely condo in Kings Beach. Excellent location for skiing at Northstar, only 10 min drive, AND, since you are coming in from the opposite direction, you bypass all the traffic with vehicles trying to get in from I-80. Also only 10 min from restaurants and Safeway in Kings Beach, as well as the lake shore, and 20 min from restaurants and Raley's in Incline Village. About 25 min to downtown Truckee. The place was very clean, nicely decorated, warm and very spacious. You could tell the owners put some thoughts into decorating it. 2 bedrooms with king and queen bed, sharing a full bathroom downstairs, and a bedroom with queen bed, as well as full bathroom upstairs. There also a semi- private loft with 2 twin beds above the living room. Fully stocked kitchen. Beautiful views of winter wonderland, and we enjoyed doing wine on the deck, while kids loved playing in the snow outside. Jay, the host, was a pleasure to work with, super responsive and gracious. Our only suggestion would be to add more bath soap and shampoo/ conditioner and air humidifier, as it tends to get pretty dry up there - we brought our own, so wasn't a problem for us. We would love to stay again!

Great location

We were in Tahoe to ski at NorthStar resort, so this condo was close by, very convenient. The unit is at the end, with plenty of space and snow on the side of the condo, and the kids had lot of fun building a slope for their sled.
