This place is terrible. We had riches in our room one actually crawled on my husband in the bed… the property look good on the internet but do not look nothing like this in person. We stayed the weekend. Saturday on our way out we ask for a face towel so we can have while we was out at a festival after the front desk guy gave us the towel he came behind trying to figure out what we was about to do with the towel saying he had to document it!!! This place is horrible nobody wants to steal nothing from that place. They worried about a towel and not the place being clean. We drove 7 hrs to stay in a DUMP!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY AT THIS PLACE!!!

Staff at the front desk was awesome. Room was spacious. Bed was okay. It was filthy!

Wouldn’t stay again

The staff was friendly but the property had very little parking. Parking lot holds a lot of water so parked in a huge puddle which made it fun unloading. The room smelled super strong like incense and was overbearing. All of the chrome fixtures in the bathroom were covered in rust. The bed was great and pillows. The walls are paper thin and I could literally hear in detail every word the woman next room over was speaking during her 4 hour phone call and her subsequent snoring throughout the night. That was the worst. Made it hard to sleep. Treadmills were broken in the gym. Convenient location but access was terrible and road was all beat up due to construction. Not worth more than 100 a night imo

Very easy and convenient from the interstate. However, when you get off the elevator on the second floor, it smells like a cigarette. The refrigerator in my room had leftover almond milk in it, and there was hair in the shower. Just an overall feeling of dirtiness.

Burned my had in the coffee because lid didn’t fit on coffee, staff watched and didn’t even try and help

Better customer service

Overall, our 2 night stay at this hotel was pretty okay. The breakfast isn’t the best, but the rooms were up to standard as far as cleanliness. The only issue we had was that we specifically wanted a room with a jetted tub for our stay, which was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel. Once we tried to use the tub on our second night there, we saw that it wasn’t working. We were told to let management know when we checked out, which we did. I would’ve thought that we would have at least been offered a refund in the difference between that room and a standard room, but was only told that we should’ve said something after the first night of our stay. Definitely wasn’t a helpful solution, but I don’t think I’ll be staying here again unless it’s a last resort.

Starters. Lobby looked nice and hostess very pleasant. Picked hotel specifically for hot tub and of course it didnt work, low water, full of leaves. Then in room safe didnt work, remote bad, light bulb out. Finally on a few trips diwn to lobby grinding nouse as we stopped. Breakfast ok
