We had a lovely time during our 2 night stay. The only negarive would be breakfast. The area is far too small ror the number of guests using it. The toaster is way too slow and ineffecient, we had to put it rhrough twice. While it is good to be fully booked but people reaching over and in front of me was very rude as well as dangerous and unsanitary. Speaking of unsanitary, many people didn't use tongsand I saw 3 people carry a clean empty plate around, decide not to eat and put that plate, as well as cutlery, on top of the stack of clean dishes.

Pros: Close to the highway and 10 mins to downtown Renovated rooms Price Cons: Hallways could use a refresh Room smelled a but musty but was renovated and clean Breakfast could have additional options. If the pancake machine ever goes down, options would be super limited.

Clean and Friendly

Pretty decent hotel, might seem a little dated to some as it is an older hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and everything was very clean. Only thing would be to update to a smart tv so we can stream from our phones because there were maybe 6 channels available.

The place was good and convenient. I felt like the staff were overwhelmed at times when it came to the amount of people at the hotel. Ie. Breakfast line ups and upkeep with food and people around the service desk. Not many options to sit. Our room was also smelly when. Stale water sitting over time and musty.

We had a fantastic stay. We picked this hotel for the price. There's shopping and eating all around and it was a short drive to tourist attractions. The rooms were clean and continental breakfast was typical for this hotel banner. The 4 star rating is solely based on the pool area. Around the hot tub there appears to be peeling paint and the surrounding area of the pool is mold. Overall it was a great stay.

Water damage around air conditioner. During heat wave, air conditioner shut off for unknown reasons in the night and woke up pouring sweat. Fell back asleep in just a sheet and woke up and air conditioner had kicked back on and was freezing. Lights in the hallway flashed like a prison.

It was an average hotel. Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Doors were noisy. The room next to. Mine had a very noisy door that kept me up all night. There was only one girl working. Waited 30 mins at reception for check in. There was no one there and no bell to call anyone. Room was clean and reception girl was very friendly

While the room itself had been recently renovated and was in good shape, the main floor corridor is a smelly disaster. The EV car charger system required a special code that the hotel didn’t have, so took 45 minutes to get that working at 1:30am which was frustrating. We looked at the included breakfast and left without eating...
